Dr. Ngo (pronounced Dr. No) skillfully completed her Summa Cum Laude Bachelor and Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2003. At this time she decided computers werent as cool as helping and being around people so she went BACK to school (glutton for success) to complete her DDS. Dr. Ngo graduated near the top of her class from the University of Texas at Houston in 2009 in the field of dentistry with a vision.
Dr. Ngos vision led to her to keeping up with the ongoing changes in the field of dentistry and loves to bring the latest technology and well-researched techniques to her patients. Dr. Ngo spends well over the normal amount of continuing education hours to keep learning new, proficient techniques, and fine skill. Mostly importantly using up-to-date equipment and instrumentation to perfect great hand skill. Dr. Ngo is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Orthodontic Society, The Texas Dental Association, The Dallas Asian Dental Association, and The Dallas County Dental Society. She also donates her professional services to Give Kids a Smile and Texas Mission of Mercy or TMOM.
Dr. Ngo believes family is very important and has many personal interests such as spending time with her family, which includes her husband, David and their five kidsSophie, Chloe, Davin, Zoey, and Jolie. She also loves to swim, cook (and eat), travel, and learn.

I have been going to his Focus Dental group for a couple of years now. And I find this to be a wonderful place that gives great care. I have had some major work done and it has exceeded my expect ions. I hate loud music in business and when I come in the door Selina just turns it down or off. I really appreciate that and all the little things they all do for their patients.

I absolutely love this dentist! You get to know the staff on a more personal level than you would get at a big chain, everyone that works there is incredibly friendly, and they work so well with my kids. Both of my children love going to the dentist thanks to everyone at Focus Dental!

I'm one of those people who dread going to the dentist because of my fear of needles and previous bad experiences. I absolutely had the best experience at Focus Dental. Everyone at the office, from the front to the back, was super friendly. Dr. Ngo took the time to explain my dental health and did the exam/cleaning herself. I had fillings done on my second visit and Dr. Ngo was professional and made my experience painless. I'm absolutely happy and will keep coming back.

If you're looking for a dentist for your kiddos or even yourself, this is the place to go!! Been taking my daughter here going on 5 years and now my son has joined the Focus Dental family. Dr. Ngo is great with kids and gets the job done quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist for my kids!

Absolutely fantastic! Very warm and welcoming. Selena at the front was very caring and passionate to work with. She helped me through the process and set everything up very quickly and answered any questions I had, I very much enjoyed how comforting it was while inside. Dr. Ngo was amazing to work with, gave plenty of options for taking care of me. She was very informative and outstanding during my extraction! Dr. Ngo did such a wonderful job, especially as I have had some rough care in the past and has left me concerned with my dental health care and procedures. Overall I am very pleased with Focus Dental, especially with accommodating towards me everyone was. I very much look forward to coming back again, and I will be highly recommending them to my peers and acquaintances.
