Dr. Denise R. Flynn is originally from Morton, Illinois and graduated from Morton High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Bradley University receiving a Bachelors Degree in chemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She obtained her dental education at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where she was in the top 5 of her graduating class and was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. Election into this society is based upon scholarship, character, and future professional growth.
She continued her education at Hines Veterans Administration Hospital where she completed a general practice residency. She practiced general dentistry with an emphasis on pediatric dentistry for six years. She then went to the University of Nebraska where she completed her orthodontic education earning a orthodontic certificate and masters degree.
Dr. Flynn has dedicated her practice of orthodontic to providing individualized treatment for patients and provides treatment with the highest professional standards to create healthy, beautiful smiles for a lifetime.

I got my braces put on in September of 2020 and recently got them taken off and I'm loving my results! Thank you everyone on the Flynn Orthodontics Team for giving me my dream smile!

My daughter was treated for braces near the time of removal I was told by Dr.Flynn she had to have oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth and to surgically straighten her 2nd molars she proceeds with the brace's removal knowing that when her second molars came in it would shift her teeth. today we go in for consultation Dr.Flynn informs us my daughter will need to be retreated but my insurance will not pay for it I will have to pay out of pocket, but she was willing to give me a discount ($500) that is not much of a discount knowing that she is the one who took them off to early. I am sure we are not the only family she has done this to. In my opinion this is malpractice. After reading the reviews, I am sure most of those 5-star reviews are fraudulent. She is also very rude to everyone there has only been 2 staff members that were nice and unfortunately one is no longer there.

My children have been patients at Flynn over the last couple of years. My oldest daughter just finished her treatment with her braces, and now my middle daughter just got her braces on today. Everyone at that office has been wonderful. They walk you through the process completely. The office staff is great. The hygienists and the doctor are wonderful with my kids. Both my girls love going there. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Our experiences have been great and I'm sure they will continue to be. Thanks to Dr. Flynn and all the staff for making this experience easy and a good one for both of my kids!

My husband has PTSD from his experience with her care when he was a teen we can't even talk about going to the dentist its so bad. I have never been so upset with another human being.

She had very snarky remarks when she seen my teeth and was very rude about how I hadn't taken very good care of them but never once asked me or talked to me nicely about how to keep on track to making them turn out perfect. They were rude, last time I was there the ortho had dandruff or tooth grindings on her shoulders my father pointed this out to one of the staff and she just laughed.. we originally went in so that I could get my braces looked at because I needed them off for dental work. They said they would call to schedule an appointment to have them taken off.. after a couple weeks they never called so my mother did and they said they will no longer accept me as a patient for my fathers "rude comment" when all he did was say they she had stuff on her shoulders.. they then told us that we would have to find someplace else to go and have them taken off.. also they tell all of f the new patients in there first visit to give them a 5 star review.. is this because of the bad service?? I don't recommend taking your kids here or going here your self.. only good thing I got out of going here was them telling me about google reviews.. so thank you for that.
