Doctor Flucke was born and raised in Kansas City. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1987. He has practiced in Lee's Summit since 1989 and was pleased to open his new state of the art facility in 2007.

Dr. Flucke's passion is technology and he is always looking for the latest development to benefit his patients. His knowledge on technology makes him a frequent lecturer at major dental educational events, contributing editor to dental publications, and an internationally recognized opinion leader.

Dr. Rachel Brunker is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area. Prior to attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Dr. Brunker spent time shadowing in our office, so many of you may have met her already. Rachel has been involved in dentistry and the dental field for most of her life. She is a compassionate healthcare provider whom patients feel very comfortable around. Her level of care for her patients is evident in her friendly and gentle demeanor. Dr. Brunker explains that she loves to build personal relationships; to her, dentistry is treating the person, not just the tooth. Dr. Brunker is also an artist and she brings her detail oriented nature to the practice of dentistry to provide her patients with the best quality of dental care. Dr. Brunker enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.

Dr. Sainy Adel was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri. After graduating from the University of Missouri in 2012 with his undergraduate degree in Biology, Dr. Adel moved to Kansas City to work on his Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. While working on his degree, Dr. Adel came across a non-profit organization in the inner city and became an after-school teacher for elementary kids undergoing severe emotional and psychological trauma. It was through this unexpected experience that Dr. Adel found his passion for dentistry: kids, teasing other kids about their teeth; parents denied jobs due to their appearance when they smile; the debilitating pain of a toothache leading to parents neglecting their children. This experience guided Dr. Adel to a career in dentistry and reflects his compassion and care for his patients. Dr. Adels background in research translates to his love for new procedures and innovative dental technology to provide patients with the most comfortable dental experience possible. He enjoys all dental procedures and takes pride in his aesthetic work and providing patients with a happy, healthy and confident smile. Outside of the office, Dr. Adel enjoys traveling, hiking, photography and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Becky has been in the dental industry for over 20 years. She loves spending time with her husband of 38 years as well as her two sons and three grandchildren. Becky loves going for walks, especially with her dog. Her favorite vacation spot is any place with a lake or beach including Gulf Shores and Table Rock Lake.

Nikki received her Dental Hygiene degree from the UMKC School of Dentistry. Shejoined the practice in 2005. She enjoys her three boys, loves to exercise and eat chocolate. If you like to be entertained, Nikki will accommodate you for a fun filled hour.

Sarah has lived in Lee's Summit her whole life! She always knew she wanted to go into dental hygiene because of her desire to help people and because she loved going to the dentist as a child. Although a die-hard Missouri Tiger fan, she decided to cross the border and go to the dental hygiene program at Johnson County Community College. Sarah became a licensed dental hygienist in 2010 and began at the practice shortly after graduating. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, and (weather permitting of course!) loves to hang out at a beach or pool.

Kristen attended MU for two years before completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at UMKC School of Dentistry. She joined the practice in 2012. She has twin daughters and enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, and weekends at the lake.

Kristi has an education degree from the University of Nebraska and a dental hygiene degree from Johnson County Community College. Weare excited that Kristi joined our practice in 2019 after working for Dr. Williams for 19 years! Outside the office, Kristi enjoys teaching yoga, reading and spending time with her family.

Yuliya (pronounced as Julia but with Y instead of J) received her Dental Hygiene Bachelor's degree from the UMKC School of Dentistry. She joined the practice in 2019. Outside of the dental field, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets. She also loves reading and staying busy with her kids' activities. She is a conscientious and enthusiastic clinician who believes in an individualized approach to each patient. She has a passion for helping people having healthy beautiful smiles!

Michelle holds a bachelor degree in dental hygiene from UMKC. Professionally, she believes in individualized dental treatment, preventative dental care, great communication and dental education. 'Modern dentistry combined with consistent at-home practices set you up for a winning smile for life.' Personally, Michelle enjoys hiking, fitness, lake life on the weekends, riding horses and outdoor concerts.

Kristen recently made the move from assisting patients in the front, to assisting the doctors withclinical treatment. Kristen receivedher Bachelor's degree at UCM. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with family and taking Truman, her cute little dog, to the dog park.

Nicky is a Lee's Summit native and has a strong connection to our community. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as being a soccer, basketball and softball mom to her two daughters. She is a Forever Loyal Royals fan and looks forwarding to helping others.

Graduating from dental assisting school in 2013 with expanded function certifications, Delana began her career in oral surgery. Delena has always loved going to the dentist even as a child. She has had facial trauma and understands both the emotional and physical role it can take on a person. After going to Art school for a few years, Delena decided that helping make beautiful smiles was the path she wanted to take. She has two boys and a husband that keep her busy with their loves of travel, being outdoors, shopping, and (lucky for us) baking!

Amanda has worked in the dental field since 2013 and brings a wide variety of experience in all aspects of dentistry. She has three daughters, an ornery but adorable Pomsky, Cooper, and two cats, Max and Molly. In her spare time, Amanda is a photographer and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a devoted KC Chiefs fan!
