Dr. Floyd was born and raised in Albany, Oregon. Though he has always loved the Pacific Northwest, he decided to take a break from the rain and soak up the sun in Tempe, Arizona where attended Arizona State University. While the Arizona heat provided a nice temporary change, he couldnt stay away for too long. He decided to make his way back to Oregon to attend dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University.
For several years after dental school, Dr. Floyd practiced as a dentist, and while he greatly enjoyed general dentistry, it was during this time that he discovered a passion for orthodontics and decided to once again head back to school. This endeavor took him to St. Louis, Missouri where he met Dr. Lindsey in their orthodontic residency.
Dr. Lindsey was born and raised in the Midwest just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. She completed her dental education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her orthodontic residency at Saint Louis University. The fall of 2016 brought a big and exciting change to her life when she moved across the country to the Pacific Northwest. She has Dr. Floyd to thank for encouraging her to make the move to this beautiful part of the country!
Dr. Lindsey knew she wanted to be an orthodontist at a young age when she had braces herself. She feels blessed everyday that her childhood dream could become a reality.She hopes that she can inspire other young people to strive after and achieve their dreams too!
Drs. Floyd love being active and enjoy spending time working out and participating in and watching sports of all kinds. But perhaps, one of their greatest passions outside of orthodontics and sports is their best doggie friend, Jaxon. They cant wait for you to meet Jaxon! Fair warning though, Jaxon doesnt actually know hes a dog, so dont tell him, and if you want, he will for sure want to be your best friend too!
Drs. Floyd both feel extremely blessed to be able to treat patients alongside one another and share in the journey of starting their practice together, and they are very excited about welcoming you into their practice family. They look forward to serving Molalla and the surrounding communities by bringing orthodontic care to you, and they cant wait to meet you and your family!

Technology today offers a variety of options for orthodontics. Because every patient is unique, we want to get to know you before making recommendations and give you all the information you need to help you choose the best treatment approach.
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that children have an evaluation no later than age 7. Doing so positions children to be in a better situation when they are older, helps avoid extractions, and offers preventative care while kids are growing.

Not sure how to make this the best review without explicitly saying that I want to leave the best review because my entire experience has been amazing. Without going into too much detail, they worked with me and my dentist on ways to ensure that my teeth would be ready for my wedding day-- and I had a chipped front tooth, so it was kind of a big ask. But my teeth look amazing now and I couldn't be happier. A thousand times, thank you!

I was extremely disappointed with the impression and lack of forthcoming knowledge I received from Lindsay Floyd after meeting with her for a professional second opinion for my daughter after previous unsatisfactory orthodontic treatment with another orthodontists. I felt that Lindsay Floyd was far more concerned with her reputation with her local peers than of the best interest of her patient. I would never allow Lindsay Floyd to treat my child at any point in time after meeting with her.

Floyd Family staff were always friendly and helpful! The treatment plan they provide upfront is the same plan they stick to and there was never any surprises along the way. They were always there to answer questions and get us in, unexpectedly, if needed. They provided world class service with a hometown feel!

The staff at the Hood River office from the eyes of a 9 year old: "they are the nicest ever and they are funny. I like how they always explain what they are going to do and they let me ask a lot of questions, because I like to ask a lot of questions and like to talk a lot. They are never upset when my wire is broke, and one time I lost a baby tooth while I was there and they made it a big deal and gave me a treasure box to put it in. I love their dog that always comes out of the office to say hi. My braces are great and never bother me and my teeth are moving a lot." - From Cona age 9

After 4 years and 4 Orthodontists... 1 terrible one for 3 years, moved to Dr. Stevenson who promptly sold the business to Dr. Gregg who at the time my braces were to be removed sold to Dr.'s Floyd. I'm getting the final touches managed by Dr. Floyd and I'm grateful she listens to my concerns and takes action.

I had a great experience at Floyd Family Orthodontics - I had made an appointment for some follow up care to some previous orthodontic treatment that needed corrected. I appreciated the time and care they gave me. The staff were all friendly and professional. My appointment was on time - I'm very happy they are in The Gorge.

We are vey happy with the care and professionalism of the entire staff! My son just had his braces put on and didn't know what to expect. They were awesome at explaining everything they were doing and what he might expect. I highly recommend Floyd Family Ortho!!!

I have had over two years of treatment with both Dr. Daniel and Lindsey Floyd and they have been amazing! Both caring and impeccable orthodontists. Highly recommend for any orthodontic treatment needed.

We were recommended this place after an initial visit to "Straight Line" turned out to be an absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Gregg is, by far, vastly superior. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and everything happens quickly and smooth. Both my kids have nothing but good things to say after each visit. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs orthodontic treatment. 10 out of 10.
