Dr. Amin provides a comprehensive and conservative approach where personalized treatment options support oral health as well as overall health. She believes in exceptional dentistry with five star service.

Dr. Amin studied biology at Marquette University in Milwaukee and went on to complete her dental training at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Dr. Amin was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She has been recognized for her excellence in leadership, clinical skills, pain management, and dental anesthesiology.

Today, Dr. Amin strives to stay current with the latest technology and techniques in dentistry by attending numerous continuing education courses, including the Clinical Mastery Series and Sleep dentistry. She has also undergone many advanced trainings regarding orthodontics and is a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Eide is an active member of the Texas Dental Association, North Texas Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and American Dental Association. She is experienced in CEREC same-day crowns, as well as Invisalign treatment. She has years of experience in restorative, implant, and cosmetic treatment.

Dr. Eide is dedicated to serving those in need. She has participated in several mission trips throughout the years including Operation Lone Star & East Texas, Texas Mission of Mercy, and overseas in Jamaica. In her spare time, Dr. Eide enjoys spending time with her fianc and their dog, particularly at the lake. She also appreciates live music and loves going to concerts and sporting events.

I accidentally came in for my mom's appointment (I thought it was for me) but they were still able to squeeze me in which I really appreciate! I forgot to ask for my dental hygienist's name but she was fresh out of school and did an excellent job! She was super nice and my teeth look and feel great. Thank you!

An agency hygienist left at the end of her shift without handing my care off to anyone. The dentist on shift for the day apologized for my wait of 30 min.

Disappointing first visit. Went there to get a regular cleaning, and they didn't want to do it. Tried to sell me a $650.00 "deep cleaning". I think this is a scam and I am not going back there.

Today I experienced the best dentist visit in years. Every staff member was friendly and professional. All of my questions/concerns were answered thoughtfully and with fantastic detail. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!

We have had very bad experiences in the recent visits, very rude customer service and messy insurance estimates and charges, particularly with Julia. There is always balance from last visit from time to time. We understand the concept of estimate and final payment may be difficult to obtain at the time of service but we have been going to the office for many years in the past location, without a single estimate or payment issue, same dental insurance. The bad experience started at the new location and new account team of JULIA! 10/18/21 After the cleaning service on this day, they asked me to go back on 12/9/21 (LESS THAN 2 MONTHS) for a quick cleaning and there would be no charge for me. 12/9/21 After the cleaning, I was told there was no charge (just like what they said in October) so I left with no payment made. 4/20/22 I was scheduled for the cleaning and paid what they asked me to pay $59+ which was more than what i suppose to pay for out of pocket. 8/2/22 My husband went for a tooth filling, he was asked to signed a cost for the filling for $46, after the filling the front desk told him there is no payment to collect today. 8/15/22 My husband went for cleaning, he was told by Julia in a very rude tone that he owed $80+ for his last visit, accused of no payment right after the filling service. My husband explained that the front desk did not collect payment although he asked right after the filling. He also suggested she check the camera and she said she will. My husband questioned her about the payment for his last filling as he was told it was $46, Julia unwillingly said the exam fee is not covered by insurance and therefore the patient has to pay for it. Julia also advised my husband that "Your wife has a balance of $81 from her 12/9/21 visit because they did not receive the check payment from the Insurance company due to the relocation of the dental office. Insurance company send you a check for that lost payment" Thus she insist we have to pay the $81 although we did not get a check from the dental company. On top of that, she said "this is between you and the dental company and we will send this payment to debt collection." 8/31/22 I went for the cleaning and the hygienist said my teeth were very clean, she is doing a regular cleaning for me to make sure and I would not be charged for any kind of deep cleaning. She went to the front desk and told the lady that I could do twice cleaning a year instead. She heard that and here came Julia again saying I have a $61 cleaning fees for today. I told her what the hygienist said and she said she will look into it. 9/1/22 I did not hear back and called the office about what happened yesterday and the lady at the front desk answered and said will call back. 9/2/22 no one called back again. I called the office again and it was Julia that answered. I told her there should not be fees for 8/31 cleaning as it was not Perio cleaning as per doctor's note and all she has to do is to confirm the service with the hygienist. Instead she argued she is not clinical and if I have to clarify this with the doctor and the hygienist , she made me an appointment for 9/21/22 and they might be charged in order to see the doctor and the hygienist for the clarification and she HUNG UP. I also emailed the dental office about the customer service issue on 9/1/22, of course no reply and we did not hear back at all.

I am so pleased with Dr Amin and her staff, I have been going to her for years and enjoy her and staff. They are professional friendly, we laugh and their work is done with very little or no pain. Their new location is also great, I will continue to go there for a long time. Thank you

My visit to family dental was wonderful! The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had digital x-rays from Alison using state of the art equipment. They will be e-mailing me a copy for my own records.

Great Dentist and the friendliest staff. But have had multiple situations with scheduling over the last year or so. Unfortunately too many so shifting to another office. If scheduling can get back on track, this would be a 5 star dental office for me. And sad to leave such a great dentist and hygienists.

Everyone was nice and seemed knowledgeable but as a busy professional that makes an appointment 2 months in advance for a cleaning and they say they don't have time to clean your teeth is a bit bothersome. I waited 2 months for the appointment to be told they didn't schedule enough time to do the cleaning.

I am from out of town (Michigan) and crown came off, I had to seek dental treatment. Flower Mound Family Dentistry had an available appointment, thankfully the Dr was able to re-secure my crown. The charges were explained in advance which I paid at the office, my dental coverage taken over the phone prior to my appointment and again taken while I was in the office and everything was perfect. Fast forward two months and I get a bill for the portion of the service that was to be covered by insurance. I promptly contacted the office and spoke with the billing manager who took all the information (again) and said the issue will be handled, great, so glad that the issue was resolved. Fast forward another two months and receive a past due bill again for the portion that was to be paid by insurance. Sooo, I contact the billing department again who stated they have no record of my insurance information (again). What?!!!, after 18 minutes on the phone and the exchange of insurance info for the 4th time, I was told it would be a couple more weeks for them to submit. I requested a confirmation via email that this past due balance from the first week of February (it is now June) will not impact my credit. The office manager was busy and could not take my call yet I could hear her in the background advising Emily as we discussed this matter. Billing issue is still open and expecting a call back from the billing manager. Frustrating!!! Edit: Did not receive a call back as promised so I called today requesting to speak with the billing manager, had to leave a message. Received a call back within the hour and the issue was resolved, waived the remaining balance ($92 not billed to my insurance), my google review was sited in the conversation.

Dr. Amin is an awesome dentist, very concerned with her patients well being. Dahlia the hygienist is excellent as well. I am so happy to be able to receive my dental care here. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
