If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend them! Always friendly! Always willing to work with you! Always confirms and reminds you of every appointment ! Very very very caring and friendly place. Reginna - hands down heaven sent she's a blessing and beyond helpful. Really thankful for her and all she has done for both my children and myself! Thank you if I don't say it enough .

I have always been treated with the uttermost respect dealing with the ladies over at the Gates location. Today I spoke with Joanne in the East Rochester location and was treated so nasty and very rude. She even hung up the phone on me and wouldn't give me her name as a professional front desk receptionist...I have been a PT for years and was told I wouldn't be able to reschedule an appointment and then was discharged after telling her I would keep the appointment and figure it out. If she was the face of Flower City Dental due to this experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to this practice. I have encouraged family members and friends to this practice and will be sure to share this horrible experience. In the past Regina and the other lady were so understanding and compassionate. I absolutely miss that. For this experience I would give zero stars if I could.

I'm always anxious going to the dentist, as soon as I walked in Regina was super friendly and out-going and instantly made me feel at ease. Olga was the amazing woman cleaning my teeth. Olga made small talk and made me laugh, and doing it while she was cleaning my teeth, I loved it! As I was leaving, again, Regina was very friendly and we had great small talk. Very thrilled with this experience and hope it's the same next time.

I have lived in East Rochester for a little over 4 years. I desperately need a dentist for my four children, and I need an upper denture for myself ASAP. He's been dental has led me around for months and then telling me I need nine appointments just to get an upper denture. I worked as an oncology nurse for 27 years. I was hurt on the job and permanently disabled. I didn't ask for this to happen but now my family is stuck with choice option which is of course a state insurance. I have called dozens of places and they do not accept it. I have called flower City and their second office at least every other month for the last 4 years trying to get at least my children in and I'm at the point of severe depression because I still don't have an upper denture and it's affecting my everyday life. As soon as I mentioned having what they call a state insurance the tone changes and I am quickly told that that insurance is not acceptable and they're one office and neither office is accepting new patients. But it has never been before I told them what insurance we have in telling us that they're not accepting new patients. We live right in East Rochester and both offices are yet a stone throw away which would be severely convenient for us. We have been going to Wilson dental only to have appointments canceled four times out of 6 times that we've been there once we've showed up. The dentist there is very rude and obnoxious. It seems like it's all about the money and there isn't anyone that cares about anyone that has quote unquote a state insurance. I am at with them because my kids need extensive dental work and Wilson dental is a horrible place with a very rude and obnoxious dentist on staff. I am not the only one that's come out of there saying that and yet we don't have any other choices other than Eastman dental which is a learning school and for me to get dentures for my top teeth they want nine appointments. He doesn't take nine appointments to make an impression and make my dentures. I understand it's a learning school, but isn't there anyone that is compassionate and cares about how their patients feel no matter what the insurance is. My children need a dentist immediately. I need a top denture immediately. After 4 years I can't imagine that there's still not taking new patients. Could it be possibly that they're just not taking new patients with quote unquote state insurance?

I don't typically write reviews but this experience made me so upset that I am. After being rescheduled twice...... My entire appointment was barely 35 minutes long. The hygienist spent 10 minutes examining me and writing notes on a post it note (?). The actual cleaning of my teeth lasted a whole 10 minutes in which I had to hold one of the tools in my mouth for her and she did not floss a single one of my teeth. She claimed the new tool she was using "did all the work for her". Some teeth weren't even touched and my face and shirt were completely soaked by time she was done. When the dentist came in 10 minutes after my cleaning I learned the X-rays from my appointment 6 month prior we're lost. Of course no one knew how that happened... To top it all off I did not even get to leave with a goodie bag at the end :(. I will certainly be switching dentists.

This is one of the worst dental practices I've ever had the misfortune of joining. It started off with dentists and dental assistants who were very caring and thorough. However, if you are at all a POC or a person who has disabilities, they will treat you VERY poorly. I am chronically ill and have recently been on disability. Because of this, my finances have been a bit different on top of very expensive medical bills, one of which is from this practice. Since I cannot pay the full bill in whole, I have attempted several times to set up a payment plan so I can pay it off as soon as I could. The first person I talked to listened and coordinated something with me. Since then, I have NOT been able to reach this practice due to them screening my calls. The only way I can make it through to BEG to be able to pay my bill in a reasonable way is to TRICK them into thinking I'm a new patient. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. These people are cash grabbing "doctors" who have 0 empathy for people they can't upsell any and every service to. Absolutely awful. If there were a negative rating, that would be the only one appropriate. Oh and by the way, they're still screening my calls at this location.

The largest scam the City of Rochester has ever faced, as their staff is completely unprofessional, rude and dishonest to their customers. Their dental team will rotate on a constant basis, as they tend to hire doctors who are incompetent and/or not licensed to practice dentistry in the states. They did my mother so dirty it's ridiculous, as they gave her a nice doctor for a couple weeks before he was deported, leaving her with a doctor that repeatedly gave her inappropriate dentures and repeatedly attempted to have her pay out-of-pocket for stuff covered under her insurance. They don't care about their patients, they only screw them over to make a profit.

Rita was the absolute WORST person to deal with. It took her over 6 months to help with and issue that I had, and then when I would request to speak to other receptionists she informed me that I was only allowed to speak with her on the issue I was having. She made me so uncomfortable while she was in office she was rude and disrespectful to me and was one of the main reasons I was going to leave flower city dental. I have no idea why as a practice you would want someone like Rita being a manager if you can even call her that. Now on the other hand Regina was the best person I have ever delt with. She was caring and helpful and made sure she could help me out however was needed. Regin is the main reason I will be continuing to come to flower city dental. Again a huge thank you to Regina for being an amazing worker and patient advocate.

Olga was wonderful! I was asking about whiting and other services and she was so helpful, she even said that I don't need it and that I had a movie star smile! A handsome young man took my X-rays and a lovely young woman checked me out! It was great!

Had a really great experience yesterday! The staff was excellent! Anastasia, Regina and Felicia were amazing, super helpful, upbeat and a pleasure to work with they made my visit very enjoyable.

I have severe anxiety about dentist and this is the first place that I have been to that I feel comfortable. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like you are important and Samantha was amazing at going over everything and making sure that all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

I have been flower city dental patient and this time we have received 2 unexpected bills due to insurance change. $144 & $43 bills were written off by office manager Lisa. We really appreciated their generosity & kindness and of course their high quality dental services. THANK YOU SO MUCH & GOD BLESS YOU ALL

I will continue to say this dental team is my absolute favorite and 100% worth my hour in a half drive! Reginna at the front desk is always in the best mood and as soon I walk in, makes ya feel right at home (anxiety gone) and Dr. Morfis has always been so professional and honest. I will go to whatever office as long as it's this team!

If I could give a negative rating I would. I was told by my insurance that they took my insurance and root canal I needed was covered 100%. My regular dentist first emailed a referral after no word for over a week I called They said they did not receive it. My regular dentist emailed a second time. I waited another 10 days and I called. St that point I was told they couldn't open the email and to have it faxed and they would call me once received and the pre authorization received. I waited about 2 weeks, no call. I then called and left a message as their voice indicated to do. I continued to leave numerous messages over the next few weeks and never received a callback or ever received an actual answer when I called, only voice mail. My last message was this past Wednesday and I actually received a callback. First I was informed that they do not perform root canals even though their webpage advertises that this is one of their many services. I was told they refer their normal clients out for this. Then I was advised that the person I spoke had no idea about why my other at least 8 messages were not returned. She stated that they have many voicemails that pick up and had no explanation. Do almost 2 months of trying to get appointment with them wasted and now I have to find another practice that takes my insurance and will perform a root canal so that I can start over again to have the referral sent and so forth. Would never recommend them due to the customer focus and obviously false information on their website Thoroughly dissatisfied.
