We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Dr. Nassim Pietsch was born and raised in northeast Seattle, attending View Ridge Grade School, Eckstein Middle School, and Roosevelt High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and went on to earn her DDS at the University of Michigan. Following dental school, Dr. Pietsch completed a residency in general dentistry at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Pietsch partnered with Dr. Green in 2008 and took over as sole owner of the practice in 2018. She enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry, but particularly restorative and cosmetic dentistry and pediatric dental care. As a Husky, she is very proud to be one of the UW Athletic Department dentists. Dr. Pietsch is also an Invisalign Preferred Provider and loves creating beautiful smiles!
Dr. Pietsch is committed to keeping up with changes in dental technology and research. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Seattle-King County Dental Society. Dr. Pietsch passionately participates in the Kois Center continuing education offerings and is committed to continually improving to deliver superior results for our patients. Dr. Pietsch is proud to participate in The Seattle/King County Clinic where she volunteers annually providing free dental care to the under-served and vulnerable populations in the region.

Had a regular teeth cleaning experience at Floss yesterday with Kat. She really does excellent work. I especially appreciate the way she works gently. As always, I was impressed with the friendly nature of all the staff. It was also a pleasure to meet new Dr. Byun. I've been going to Floss for over 30 years. Highly recommended!

Dr. Pietsch is the best dentist I have ever encountered. Her attention to detail and dedication to perfection is unparalleled. She is an artist! I had a chipped front tooth repaired by another dentist and was very dissatisfied with the appearance and results after it started chipping six months after. I came to Dr. Pietsch to have it redone and the results are beautiful and completely undetectable to the naked eye. She is a top-tier, highly skilled perfectionist. I would highly recommend her and her staff!

Hands down probably the best interaction I have had with a dental office. Every step of the way from check in to check out, all staff introduced them selves and were friendly and kind! I felt like all my questions and concerns were answer, and felt like I was in a great place for all my dental care. Thank you to all the Staff at FLOSS! Definitely a place to checkout!

I switched to Floss after a poor experience with another dentist and am extremely satisfied with the service I've received ever since. My cleaning appointments are thorough and the hygienists have been very respectful and responsive to concerns or issues. I've had a couple of fillings done and the dentists have delivered top quality service using the newest technology to make it faster and more effective. Highly recommend.

I was in need of finding a dentist recommendation and was given Floss Dental by my periodontist. I put off giving them a call but had cracked a filling so called them up. Heather was able to get me in the next morning and allowed enough time to accommodate whatever the treatment would be in the same day! The front desk is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Barclay and the assistant Shelby were awesome! I have found my forever dental practice and would highly recommend to anyone needing excellent, full service dental care.

I'm new to Floss and believe the best reviews are best over time. However, being a bit of a futurists, I can tell this office is more than up to date with their technology if not cutting edge. The staff as well as the lead dentist are amazing and work well together. So glad I found Floss

This is my first time writing a review. I feel so lucky to visit Floss. Everyone there is very kind, compassionate, and professional. I would strongly recommend this dentistry to anyone needing to see a dentist. I didn't take good care of my teeth when I was little and now I have many big dental issues, such as bite problems, big cavities, missing teeth, needing a crown after a root canal. I have visited a couple of dental clinics and I think Floss is the best! My first visit was an emergency early in the morning after experiencing a severe toothache that kept me awake the whole night. The front desk, Tina is very kind and organized. Tina answered my emergency call and got me seen by Dr. Agnes very quickly. Dr. Agnes was very knowledgeable and kind, I was also impressed by her dental assistant Samantha, who is very sweet and comforted me a lot when I was in severe pain. After a dental examination, they referred me to a great endodontist to get my problem solved. I was amazed by their prompt response and great treatment. I was also seen by Dr. Peitsch for a comprehensive exam. She is very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and answered all my questions. I wish I had known this place long ago so that I could have better treatment sooner.

Dr Pietsch is wonderful! I've been going to this office right around the time she first started her practice w Dr Green (recently retired). All of the staff are exceptional! Now that my kids are old enough - they go here, too! We are all very happy with the intelligent service and warm care. Meghan now manages the front desk and does a great job! Recently remodeled office. This team keeps up on the latest dentistry information. Wonderful dental practice!

This was the best experience I've had at a dental office! The facilities are clean, bright, modern and airy. The staff are sweet, helpful and efficient. The exam was thorough and high-tech. Dr. Barclay was great, she explained everything to me as they conducted the exam and made realistic recommendations for my care. They even happily helped accommodate my stroller and two-month-old during the appointment. Highly recommend!
