Dr. Vi Nguyen is a general and cosmetic dentist serving the community. Dr. Nguyen attended the Texas A&M University, Baylor College of Dentistry, where she received her dental degree in 2001. She has over 16 years of experience!
Dr. Nguyen is committed to helping her patients enjoy a healthier lifestyle. She works with each one to discuss ways they can make better choices for their health. She welcomes patients and families of all ages from babies to seniors. In her free time she likes to spend time with her husband and her 3 young children.
My job is to give everyone the confidence and love for their healthy and brilliant smile. I will work tirelessly, to make the experience as painless as possible and we will work on a personalize treatment that will fit well with each patient needs and aesthetic dreams. Im so glad to be here and ready to meet and serve everyone here in Sugar Land and the surrounding areas.

It's always a great experience at FLOSS Dental of Sugar Land, TX. The front office staff is warm and welcoming. The Dental staff is professional and patient friendly.

The doctor is good, the lady that cleaned my teeth by name BLYXX she is really nice and good . I recommend this place. And the decor is beautiful and very organized and comfortable. This is a total package. But lastly am not supposed to put this here but the doctor need to see this. When I pled to them to help me with wifi the both of them gave me some bad attitude. Infact they refused to help.that wasn't nice. Every other thing was perfect except that.

I've been coming to this FLOSS location for several years now, and they are always quick, efficient, and very friendly. I always feel like they genuinely care about me and remember me when I come in even if I'm only there twice a year.

I'm fearful of going to the dentist regardless if growing up around one. I've changed many dentist bc of poor bedside manner, felt being "sold" on service or the the service was just not up to par. Dr. Patel has one of the best Bedside manner! He is clearly the reason why I continue to be at FLOSS although being far. He is efficient & effective caring for my teeth and takes the time where it is needed. He makes me feel like a person rather than just another patient he sees and he sees A LOT of patients. Been to both of his Floss locations and they are both very attentive and accommodating. They provide options for various service provided at the office, but there is no pressure at all. Caring for what what is essential is his priority. Everyone I've met takes their time, apparently professional but not in a mechanical way that feels like you're having a real conversation. I've yet to feel rushed here with my many questions about oral care. They take care of my teeth before it gets to bad rather than some dentist will "accidentally" overlook a tooth that is at risk and it cost more to have it fixed. They want to keep every tooth healthy. Service today was easy, effective and top notch! Kudos to My hygienist & the assistant (I've seen this last 2 times) they were great at cleaning my teeth, didn't skimp on the products, cleaned me when needed, didn't leave me a mess like other places and answered my questions well. I hope to always feel this way about Dr. Patel's office and staff.

Dr Patel is a personable and very well versed in his profession. Attentive and to the point, he gives the real skinny while understanding his limitations. This was my first visit at a friend's insistence and didn't charge for a full 360' x ray. I also liked the tech bent introduced on the website. He only takes a PPO.

Staff is Not professional and doctors can't diagnose the problem. They were telling me to extract the tooth that I never had any problem with. It was really bad experience visiting this dentist

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel and the Floss Dental team since 2017. I found his office while working in Sugar Land. The job ended but I continued to trust Dr. Patel and his staff with all of my dental needs. The office is clean, front desk (Jordan and team) staff are amazing and all of the hygienist and assistance are a joy. If you're looking for total dental care, look no further. I'm a patient for life.
