I was having severe teeth pain and couldn't handle it anymore so I called FLOSS Dental and asked if they can see me immediately because of the pain and they were so kind enough to squeeze me in that same morning. I went in and was greeted very kindly by the front desk and told them I was here for an urgent matter and MJ came out and recognized who I was based in the convo we had earlier on the phone. Without hesitation she started the procedure on my back teeth and it was INSTANT RELIEF! She was also able to find another infection and has me set up for future appointments so the infection doesn't get worse which I appreciate. Some dentists want you in, pay and get out but MJ really took her time to really understand the pain in my mouth and made sure to check all other areas around as well. She is truly a gem!!! Thank you MJ!!!!!!

Today was our first visit with our 4-year-old daughter and the experience was excellent! The office was very clean and the receptionists were very friendly and they took care of us quickly. I really appreciated the patience of the ladies to take care of my girl, I was afraid that she was going to have a bad experience but I can say that it was the best! Super recommended and we are more than happy that we found this dental office for our family.

I was hesitant to visit a Dentist due to many years of heartbreak (no feasible options) and dental trauma. From the moment I stepped foot in the office, I was greeted by smiling faces and kind souls. Unfortunately, Service was awful from the get go. They are not fully staff and the front receptionist working with patients mouth , is questionable. There was never a dedicated hygienist. It was so bad that I didn't even continue my dental work. I literally walked out . As I walked out I asked for a napkin , and I was given toilet paper. I thought the Dentist was experienced but my experience was otherwise. I found another great dentist in Kingwood and glad I did . I regret not doing my homework on researching this place and dentist.

Dr. MJ changed my life. I got into a terrible car accident and broke four of my front teeth right before the holidays. No one was able to treat me before Christmas and come to find out Dr. MJ was short staffed but found it in her heart to squeeze me in and save the holidays for me. I will always be grateful. I fell in love with my smile. Thank you Dr. MJ and staff for staying after hours and giving me my dream veneers!

Dr. Santos and her staff went above and beyond to make my experience with them streamlined and comfortable. I don't go to the dentist as often as I should because I get nervous about pain. NO PAIN and GREAT RESULTS! I'll definitely be back for my 6 month check-in.

Dr. Maria Santos and her staff are world class and of the elite upper echelon. I was so impressed with their level of intelligence combined with their compassion. She is a dentist who truly treats you like you are part of her family and her level of professionalism is superior. I completely trust Dr. Santos and her staff and will be sending my family and friends. Gorgeous office with wonderful gifts and to top off everything the dentist chair has huge TV's in front and on the ceiling along with fuzzy blanket and neck pillow. Excellent customer service. I am so happy that I found her. First class all the way!
