Dr Wadley is an AMAZING dentist! I have been with her for several years and she is gentle, kind, and thorough! I was truly terrified of the dentist growing up but she has changed my views! Shes wonderful! I love Floss 365!

I love everything about this place! I called in to schedule an initial appointment and the lady that I spoke with was so polite and very professional. That was everything to me because I had called a couple of places prior and they gave me bad vibes. When I showed up, the lady at the front greeted me with a smile and was so friendly. She immediately gave my chart to another lady who took me right back to chat and get X-rays. The doctor is also extremely professional and had awesome chair side manners. She made me feel so much better about treatment, gave her recommendations, and set a plan with me. During check out I spoke with the same lady who welcomed me in and she also added some more positivity to my visit in reference to speaking highly about the doctor and assuring me that they would take care of me. I would encourage everyone to visit for an excellent experience! Thank you guys so much!!

Terrible customer service upfront! Would not recommend. Treated poorly from the very first phone call to make the appointment. When come to find out problem was on their end not mine. We have an appointment set and the child is sick they still want you to pay without services being done! No thanks! Stay away!

The lady working the front office is so rude! She disregards everything you or concerns! We have been treated poorly from the very first visit with this place I would not recommend doing anything there! The doc is poor customer service up front makes u very uncomfortable!

This place is a Joke! We've waited over 2 hrs for my autistic son to get a filling done and kept getting excuses on why they couldn't get to him. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!!

If I could give a zero review on this company I would! Extremely bad communication skills with their front desk staff causing you to waste time. They do not care about wasting your time! And not fixing there mistakes or even apologizing! If you go through the reviews carefully I'm not the only one they have shown they don't care.

Having previously provide herbal remedies for teeth extractions I found Dr. LeChandre Wadley's candid, empathetic nature, influential to me for Trusting the latest technology on my recent extraction. Beautifying my Oral Presence while Enduring my Artistic Transcendance. My extraction was quick with conscious consideration for the elimination of suffering. This Professional Lady Dentist knows her craft Very Well and I highly recommend for any and All. Great environment. I Enjoyed the Experience.

Thought I was going to get great service & A1 dental care. After 3 attempts of trying to schedule a treatment plan that she Dr. Wadley recommended. I finally got it scheduled thru a answering service b/c staff NEVER answers the phone! Only to get 2 calls after asking to schedule. Clearly lines are crossed & no communication in the office, now Im starting to second guess the dental office b/c of the unprofessionalism. Why 3hours prior to my appt I get a "text" message stating office will be closed today please call to reschedule. While things do happen a text message really?? when I pay cash money for my services & drive a hour & 16mins for these appointments. I will NEVER go back to that dental practice. Everything happens for a reason luckily I visited an Ortho she recommennded only to discover the Ortho was NOT in agreement w/the treatment she outlined. He advise me of a totally different procedure that would leave my smile healthy not just beautiful. This is where you have to be careful what you pay for...

My visit to floss365 dental Was exceptional. Dr. Wadley is an amazing dentist. She is very professional, she makes you feel good, and comfortable. It's such a beautiful office very modern clean up-to-date. The staff, Specially the dental assistant are super great. Definitely recommend it to everyone that needs to get work done have their teeth clean get veneers crowns bridges anything you name it.
