I went there for a cleaning and to get a filling. First thing first they spent about 5-10 min cleaning my teeth. Didn't even floss, no type of mouth rinse/Listerine. Then my tooth and gums been real sore ever since the filling and it wasn't hurting before I came, they caused a new problem. Like wth ?!

Went for dental cleaning ! All they spent was a total of 15 min !!! I am used to get it for an hour minimum ! Usually use my dentist in downtown Chicago But they were full So thought will use this place since availability was easy So bill insurance and getting money free and work absolutely pathetic !!!

Extremely thankful and grateful to the doctor and staff. I highly recommend this place for any dental procedures. I had my wisdom teeth extraction done and the doctor just did it in blink of an eye, the doctor and staff were very kind, helpful and explained me everything in detail. Overall it was a great experience.

I really appreciate the staff at Flos Dental! My mom had severe tooth pain for a while and we were going back and forth between dentist's to figure out a solution when I heard about Flos. I reached out immediately and explained the situation. They scheduled me an appointment right away for my mom. Dr X was great, he took images, did a cleaning and explained everything in detail and scheduled out all my moms follow up's. The office is clean and organized and the all the rest of the staff is very nice as well! I highly recommend Dr X and his team at Flos. Thank you guys so much!

After the pandemic I was truly petrified to visit dental clinics but this has been one of the most hygienic dental clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Tanya and Dr. Ghani were an expertise in their fields and it was really nice to be treated by them. My nieces loved this place as well, very kid friendly doctors. Definitely recommended a 100%.

I was always afraid of the dentist but had the best experience ever doctor chin is very nice and cares about his customers n her assistant Janette is very nice and super sweet mvp in my vistion made me feel welcome and clam cuz was nervous had a great and amazing care thank u very much

I cannot recommend Dr. Chien enough! I had severe pain and Eagle Falls Dentistry Essentials in Bloomingdale, IL kept telling me everything was fine and that I didn't need to come in because it wasn't an emergency. I decided to get a second opinion and chose FLOS Dental based on a personal recommendation, as well as the reviews online. I spoke to Dr. Chien on the phone and he made time to come into the office while the office was closed for an emergency consultation. I was nervous, but it was clear from the start that the visit was going to be alright. Dr Chien is kind, understanding, and patient. He takes the time to listen to you and takes your concerns seriously. He ran x-rays and diagnostic tests and showed me that I needed a root canal as soon as possible. He provided me with referrals, but went above and beyond and answered all of my questions about root canals (and I asked a lot of questions) and made sure I was set up to be seen by an endodontic specialist ASAP. On top of all of this, he was cognizant of my anxiety and explained everything he was going to do ahead of time in a calm and relaxed tone and he even let me wear the x-ray bib the whole time because it is like a weighted blanket!

I just absolutely love this place! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they acknowledge you and treat you like they've known you your whole life. They know my son gets out of school late so they stay late just to accommodate me, I couldn't ask for better service. I drive 30 minuets to the office and I'll continue to do so.
