I feel so comfortable going to Dr Floro's office. His staff is so welcoming and make you feel so relaxed. Dr Floro's office is the best dental office that we have every been a patient. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been going to Dr. Floro since I was 12. Great dentist who explains everything and treats you like a person, front office staff is friendly and helpful, and their billing representative Lena makes everything easy. Highly recommend! My husband who was terrified of dental work came to Dr. Floro this year and loves him as well!

We love Dr. Floro, his staff, and everything to do with this practice! Our while family kids ages 12 and 19 plus mom and dad go here. I think I'm thr biggest baby, and they take great care of us all!

We've been using Dr. Floro for over 11 years. He's an awesome dentist. He's very thorough and accommodating. The youngest (who is now 23) started seeing him when the older child was aged out of pediatric dental care and I needed to find a new dentist. I was referred through an employee at the ice rink. Dr. Floro accepted both our primary and secondary dental insurance and would submit both (so I didn't have to pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement). Both kids have always felt extremely at ease with Dr. Floro and all the hygienists through the years. One child (who is now an adult) has a mild form of Tourette syndrome and the nuanced comorbidities of anxiety and a bit of OCD that many times goes along with TS, so finding the right dentist was extremely important. I've referred all my family and friends to his practice. The care received from simple cleanings to dental implants is always top notch. Most importantly they're done correctly and completely the first time. He's definitely a Jacksonville top doc.

Most don't like going to the dentist. But I truly don't mind at all. This whole office is professional and very nice. Love my dentist. He actually cleaned my teeth before he had his own practice. So it's a pleasure. He works with my quirks I have and that's what makes him so special!! So if your thinking if moving to a new dentist try them out for sure. You won't be disappointed at all.

Absolutely the best dentist and staff around!! They are always so kind, so efficient and on time. If you have any questions about insurance or coverage, the incredible front desk lady knows it all!! I can not say enough good things about this dentist office!! Extremely clean, and beyond efficient!!

Dr Floro is the best dentist I've ever had. He does great work and I don't really feel like I'm at a dentist office. Everyone is so nice and personable. If you need a dentist Dr Floro is your guy.

Great dentist and team of DAs and hygienists. I've been a patient of Dr. Floro for about 5 years. I trust his recommendations for treatment and his fees are reasonable. I have a busy work schedule and I appreciate how punctual they are with appointments; no long wait in the lobby. I go in for regular cleaning and my teeth and gum are healthy. Regular cleaning prevents most problems.
