Very pleasant staff, had a really thorough cleaning by Nubia and Dr Kari was not only friendly but also very helpful in explaining how to take good care of my teeth abd gums. I am pleased and happy to have reconnected with this group, they were always good then and continue to be now.

My scheduled visit today was very pleasant and professional. Checkin was efficient..just had to fill out Covid consent form and medical history. Then quick temperature check. My dental hygienist also did a great job. Everyone is very friendly and helpful..treat you like family. Thanks to Floridian Dental Group!

After many attempts trying to find an honest doctor with good hands, I finally found my dentist!! From the first phone call, Belkis was so warm and welcoming. And was able to get through my interrogation The office is very clean and they will hold your hand through the whole experience (for babies such as myself) Everyone is very professional, very courteous. They really put themselves in your shoes. And Dr Larry is amazing. Great personality, painless injection, gentle hands. I cannot stress enough how happy I am. I will be returning with my family. I highly recommend this office!

My visits at the Floridian Dental Group in the Pembroke Pines location experienced unethical and deceptive practices and terrible customer service from the administration. I waited for 3 months and the Floridian Dental office never receiving a call from Floridian Dental Group regarding my predetermination they said they would submit to my insurance company in order to set up an appointment to do the crown and filling at the Pembroke Pines location. I was told I needed a crown and filling over three 1/2 months ago. I called my insurance company and they told me they never got a predetermination for the dental work for me from Floridian Dental Group, that's because they never sent it. When I called Floridian Dental Group, They tried to charge upgraded unnecessary procedures for more money and telling me that these out of pocket costs or co-pays, my insurance plan covers 100% of the procedures there are no co-pays or out of pocket patient costs in my situation with my insurance. Needing a filling under one of my crowns and also the crown replaced me waiting for over 3 months no contact from the dental office regarding the predetermination. Even though they are in my insurance network under contract they refused to do the dental procedure unless I pay $200 to $300 out of pocket. I called my insurance and they told me that these procedures are covered at 100% no out of pocket costs to me. What they are doing is charging upgraded unnecessary dental work as they tried on two occasions with me telling me it is a co-pay, a lie. I think about many elderly patients with slowed mental function on Medicare visiting the Pembroke Pines office for dental work and being told that they have to pay $ 200 to $ 500 out of their pocket for dental services because their insurance does not cover the dental procedure at 100% or their is a co pay, again which is what they told me, not true. I wrote the owner of the practice Larry Vinuela a letter explaining what I had experienced at the Pembroke Pines office because he may not know this is happening in the Broward County office. He did not have the professional courtesy to reply, this tells me that he knows these deceptive practices are going on. If these unethical deceptive practices are is happening at the Pembroke Pines office it is probably also going on in the other two dental offices in Miami. I filed a formal complaint with my Dental insurance company which is part of Blue Cross, Blue Shield. I also filed a complaint with the State of Florida practitioner complaint department. Stay away from this group, Floridian Dental they will try to rip you off by running up the bill even though your insurance covers the procedures at 100% . Even if your insurance does not cover it at 100% they will still try to add additional charges to see how much money they can get out of you. Stay away unethical and deceptive
