This was the very 1st time that I had visited dental office. I normally go to their Kendall office but has to ose the Palmetto Bay office for a consultation. This office is very well kept and has great staff like the Kendall office does.

They keep deleting my review. But I will keep posting it! If I could give them a negative 50 I would. From day one they were horrible. After my consultation they took $1,300 out of my bank account. When asked they said it was for the crown. I had not even agreed to a root canal yet. Finally they told me their root canal specialist, endodontist only worked on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 12:00. I have a freaking job. On a teacher's work day I drove to his office in Pembroke pines on my day off to get the root canal which took several hours. Went back to them several days later and they put another temporary crown on and I had to pay another dentist for the second time to fix their mistake on the crown. Temporary crown the first one and the second one. I kept complaining to the dentist how bad it hurt. She said it would get better. It didn't Finally the permanent crown came in and they placed it on my tooth. The pain did not subside. Went back several times. She finally said maybe during the root canal they cracked my tooth just below the gum line. Went to several different dentists and a specialist and all determined that it was not cracked. The root canal was not done correctly. I'm still working on getting the root canal redone for another $1,600. I surely will use a different endodontist. Please do not go there run run somewhere else.

ALL GOOD!! THE BEST!!! I couldn't ask for a better dentist!!! Needed an emergency visit once and was seen quickly. The office staff and techs are also the best!!!

Bro best experience i have ever had and i was not only last minute but not even a patient and they made me feel real comfortable and totally went out their way to help me feel better and give me reassurance from the front girl being extremely patient to the back taking the time to talk to me and actually inform me on things they're all amazing 10/10 greatly appreciated! bonuses y'all deserves BONUSES

I have been going to the office for several years now. When I was younger now I'm 68,dentists were cruel and no patience. There bedside manner was terrible. So consequently I was always afraid of going to the dentist. I would warn them if they didn't stop when they were hurting me I would push them away. Then I went to Floridian Dental Group. What a difference. They listened, they gave you kindness and respected you. All the staff are excellent, they work well as a team. Then I met Dr Larry. The most kind, gentle and professional person. I trusted him from day one. Always listens to you and goes above and beyond his care for you. If you are looking for a dentist I would recommend this office to anyone. I'm so happy with the work I have had done. Yes have had a lot of work. It has taken many years to get where I am now. Thank you Dr Larry Vinuela.

My first time at this office, and I must say I was very pleased. I usually, like most people, get anxiety when visiting the dentist but from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The person who checked me in, the one who took me into the exam room to complete my x-rays, the Dentist and when I checked out!! All gave superb Customer Service and had Great bedside manners. I am extremely happy with this office and would reccomend this office to everyone.

I have been going to Floridian Dental in Palmetto Bay for several years and highly recommend them. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and going to the dentist is a pleasure! I always feel welcome, and extremely satisfied with the skill and gentleness of the dental staff. Liz on reception is helpful, knowledgeable and is always working to ensure that clients' needs are met. Thank you, all! If this dental office is within reach, I recommend them without hesitation.

In my 50+ years of seeing dentists, Floridian Dental Group has been my best dental experience yet. Hygienist Jessie is amazing with her gentle touch and thorough cleaning/polishing, and she takes the time to carefully explain the steps and answer all questions. Dr. Siegel also takes the time to thoroughly explain her treatment plan for my long-delayed dental needs, starting with a crown, an inlay, and a filling. I'm glad I found Floridian Dental to do the work!

When I first came to this office about 3 months ago I had such a fear of the dentist. But from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Elga, I could feel a sense of ease. Then I met Dr. Segal and her lovely assitant Gloria, all my fears washed away. I needed quite a few things done and they exceeded my expectations of what having my teeth worked on would feel like. Now I am doing Invisalign to straighten my teeth.And then beyond that, Liz was awesome! She helped me maximize my insurance benefits so that what I had to pay was very little. I am so thankful that I found this office.

I had an amazing visit today and felt so comfortable around the dentist who was very sweet. Everyone working in the office was exceedingly nice and they did everything they can to help make it the best experience possible. They would even call the insurance company repeatedly to clarify what your coverage includes Or not which I really appreciated. Definitely will be visiting again and recommending to others.
