the worst dentist ever, they claim to have a rescheduling time restraint for canceling an appointment if u don't they won't see u in the office ever again, secondly they make up a rescheduling fee of 150 every time you reschedule. Dentist and staff are nasty ppl

Dr.Charles was a great dr I was extremely nervous the day of surgery. Once I got to the office the staff made me feel much much much more comfortable!! I didn't feel a thing during surgery!! He's awesome I'll recommend my grandma if I had too lol

I went in today for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation and this was my first time here. After my X-rays and speaking two minutes with the doctor about my medical history, I was immediately ambushed and forced to schedule a surgery date. I asked if I could call back to schedule and confirm but was told that my insurance would not permit this. The office manager Juliette was extremely abrasive and rude to the point that I felt uncomfortable in the chair. I simply asked to call back and confirm the date once I got back to the office and this led to the office manager and doctor himself telling me these aren't their rules. Not sure why the staff decided to take this tone with me but I was on time and very polite to everyone. The office manager Juliette was hesistant to give me her name and started used some weird body language while handing me the business card. I'm a realtor and work full time therefore it's nearly impossible to simply schedule a surgery without notice. This experience was unprofessional and a disgrace!
