Born and raised in Miami, FL, Judy completed her studies in dental assisting in 2004 and has now been working in the field of dentistry for over 21 years. She has done everything from assisting the dentist, front desk reception, insurance, and scheduling. Judy has a passion for helping others and loves to make others laugh. In her personal time, she enjoys sleeping, being with family and friends, attending church services, taking part in adventurous activities from time to time, and also values her alone time.
Originating from New York City, Rhoda was educated at Brooklyn College, where she achieved a bachelors degree in nutrition and followed with an associate degree in dental hygiene from NYC Technical College. The two degrees complement each other in guiding patients to understand how dietary habits affect dental health. Having practiced for over 25 years, Rhoda is enthused about her profession and enjoys helping patients achieve excellence in oral health. Her personal time is spent with family and friends, gardening, baking, painting on canvas, and appreciating the beauty of Florida.
Nelly was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is currently finishing up her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. She has been working in the field of dentistry since 2017 and has been at the Florida Smile Center since it opened in the early months of 2019. She has done everything from assisting the dentist, front desk reception, insurance, scheduling, and website and social media management. In her personal time, Nelly enjoys spending time with her close family and friends, shopping and catching up with her favorite shows and TikToks.
Audrey is exceptionally skilled in the field of dentistry and has been working in the dental field for over 25 years. Audrey has a passion for helping people, and our patients will say she goes above and beyond to help them. In her personal time, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, gardening, cooking, and enjoying walks on the beach.
Dr. David L. Skaff Dr. David Skaff completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1984. He then attended the West Virginial School of Dentistry, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1989. Upon completing dental school, Dr. Skaff joined his father and his brother in a large group practice in Miami. Dr. Skaff learned a lot from working with his father, the most important thing being that we treat patients and not just teeth. Dr. Skaffs father used to say, Ive never seen a tooth walk into my office, but a person did.Dr. Skaff has completed advanced training in implant dentistry, completing a Maxi Course in Dental Implantology through the Medical College of Georgia and attending the prestigious Pankey Institute in Key, Biscayne, FL, from 2001-2005. He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.Dr. Skaff was born in Hutchinson, Kansas, on an Air Force Base while his father served in the Korean War. He and his wife, Katyna, have been married for over 25 years and have two children, David and Emma. They enjoy skiing in the winter and watching football, especially the Miami Dolphins and the FSU Seminoles.

I have been to a number of dentists in my life time and I must put this review for Flotida Smile Dentist in Pompano Beach, Fl the staff treats you very professionally Marianna the hygienist was excellent and gave me the best cleaning ever. Diana the assistant who took all the photos was very gentle, quick and efficient, Janette the Office Manager is very helpful with payments, explains bill and try's to accommodate all your needs. Dr. Mark Behar was great in explaining what you needed and showing you by photo why you needed his recommendation now it was up to you. I had a very pleasant time and was taken care of with professional courtesy

While searching for a 2nd opinion consultation, I came across Fl Smile & so glad that I did. Dr. Torano was extremely knowledgeable, professional, & answered all of my questions with patience. The entire staff was so friendly & accomodating. I highly recommend this office!

One of the most friendly dentist centers I've ever been to! They were able to fit me in right away to get one of my wisdom teeth removed. Extraction went very well and so did the healing. Front desk employee Audrey is AWESOME! She's super friendly and loves to take care of her clients. Very happy to be apart of their dental center!

Great experience. I had zero cavities! In the past, I've had bad dentist office experiences where the dentist over diagnosed and tried charging for much more treatment than required. Dr.T was great. He was extremely honest and professional. Entire staff was nice. Prepared and zero wait time. Safe and Clean office.

Our first visit was amazing! The front office staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Our hygienist was great with our two boys, as well as with my husband and I. The dentists were very friendly! I would highly recommend this office!
