had an appointment today 10/20 at 12:45 I was still waiting to be seen at 2:15 not one person told me why I waited this long. then I was told to come back tomorrow like it was nothing.. I drove 30 45 min to sit two hrs for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal and I never even seen the Dr/ dentist. this is ridiculous and just down right unprofessional. waste of time. do not go to this place. No communication what so ever. Poor management skills.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. After my procedure I needed antibiotics and due to hurricane Ian my pharmacy did not receive the electronic prescription. Even though it was after hours I called the office and was able to contact Dr. Kelly. She promptly called in the script. Five star recommendation!

Dr Shaunda Kelly and her staff (front office, techs, assistants-all of them) were wonderful. From my first visit for a consultation to when the actual surgical procedure was done, I was treated with kindness and caring. Her staff called me later that afternoon and a week later to check on me. Dr Kelly also called to check on me. I highly recommend. Thank you Dr Kelly and staff!

I highly recommend Florida OMFS! They got me in quick, were very thorough and super nice. For having bad dental anxiety and being pregnant, they made it the most enjoyable experience as possible. Dr Nunez and her staff was amazing and put me at ease! I would 1000% recommend them and give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a wonderful experience.throughout the entire process of having 3 wisdom teeth removed. Easy to make appointments, courteous and friendly staff, help navigating insurance, clear communication about procedure specifics and costs, and the procedure and recovery were a breeze! Highly recommend this wonderful oral surgeon and her staff!

I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Kelly. She did an A+ job. Apart from her kind personality, I had minimal pain and was fully healed when I arrived for my check up 3 weeks post op. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the PRF to help encourage quick healing. Would recommend to a friend!

I cane here became my dentist who made referral to someone else had less favorable reviews! So I came here and didn't regret it. Removed all 4 wisdom teeth with NO PAIN!! Which was my biggest concern because you don't want anybody pulling your teeth without proper care! Front desk staff and dentist was very detailed and went over everything I needed to know and what to expect! I recovered good and was eating solid foods within 3 1/2-4 days and only took one of the Ibuprofen durning the recovery time. No pain, soreness, tingles or nothing! I highly recommend!!

From start to finish, my care was exceptional! Dottie, office mgr, made my appointment. I called back the next day & asked if I should come in even though the issue appeared to be resolving itself. She suggested I keep the appointment to be sure & I did. Upon arrival, the office itself was decorated to enhance a feeling of relaxation & beauty. Sadie, worked quickly to add my secondary insurance to help with my out-of-pocket expense. Dr. Kelly was great. She checked the area of concern in my mouth. Very knowledgeable & personable!! I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Kelly was AMAZING. I came in with horrible pain from my wisdom teeth, and the office staff was incredible. They were so kind, professional, and sympathetic to my pain. They were able to take my teeth out same day, and the recovery was so much easier than I expected (I have a huge fear of dental work), so this was a relief. Still have 2 more teeth to have removed and I will most definitely be back to see Dr. Kelly. I highly recommend!

There aren't enough stars on this review feature to indicate the level of satisfaction I (29, M) have in receiving care at S. Tampa OMFS. For starters, their staff is amazing as they were promised to be accoridng to Cigna Patient Reviews, and Google reviews, and Dr. Shaunda Kelly herself was frank in a kind and supportive manner which anyone suffering pain and stress needs to keep them centred in times of dental crisis. Having suffered a recent breakage to already failing wisdom teeth that was causing pain, I booked an appointment for a few weeks out intending to wait to be seen as my own time permitted. My jawline had other plans, and instigated a coup against my left side by partnering up with a middle ear infection. Between the efforts of those two pains, I could hardly speak at all when I called OMFS and begged them to be seen and operated on as soon as possible. Dottie was my first contact, and with tears in my eyes and fire raging in my jaw, she must have known how desperate i was for relief. A few moments on hold and she had booked me for a combination consult with time to perform the proceedure, ensuring that unless something complicated made itself known during the consult, I would soon be out of pain. I rushed to my dentist, who must have been relieved to finally see me taking initiative on this pain i had been living with for so long, because they wrote my referral swiftly so I could have it on hand. I came, I met the stafff who had been readilly and capably handling my fearful and numerous anxiety-laced inquiries, and after just under 2 hours, I woke up completely free of pain. I am writing this review just ONE day after my proceedure, and I have never felt so relieved to have had multiple sharp tools around my unconcious self. Dr. Kelly made a suggestion for a medication that wouldhave a prologuned release effect, stopping pain in it's tracks, and though the medication was not covered by my insurance, it was well within my budget and I would even say for those who are pinching their pennies while receiving care, it was still very reasonable. A small but important detail I'd like to take the time to mention is that while filling out the pre-registry paperwork, there was a section I found not typically implimented by more antiquated client intake forms which included the option to self identify gender identity vs. assigned sex. When i voiced my support for this feature to Dr. Kelly, she was quick to reply that it is her office's mission to be as inclusive, welcoming and open to all as they could possibly be, and they they fully embrace and accomodate patients who self identify. As someone who benefits from and frequently uses the ability to self identify, this was a deciding factor into just how much I trusted this team of professionals to care for me. I am happy to say I have no regrets and recommend this phenomenal team to anyone and everyone, without hesitation. Thank you so much for relieving me of this pain a giving me a reason to smile. I will never forget it.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and they did a fantastic job! They were very kind and helpful whenever I needed it. If you need your wisdom teeth removed, you should come here!

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and at 32 I was worried I may have a rough recovery. I had heard stories so I had expected and planned for a long recovery. As a sober addict I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offer non narcotic pain relief (hopefully insurance will cover it one day). I am also hard of hearing and they made every effort to face me when talking to me or when wearing masks spoke loudly and repeated themselves as many times as I needed so I could understand everything I needed to know. It says a lot about a medical facility to make these efforts. I went to bed the first night expecting to wake up in pain that never came. Day three I was (adorably) puffy and that was it. A lot of pudding, jello, and applesauce has gone unused now. I would recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone. They weren't just nice and accommodating but they did a darn good job as well.

excellent professional my first day I was in a lot of pain and she gave me medicine to relieve the pain the next day she did my surgery and I have never felt pain again thanks dr. kelly very satisfied with her work

got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and was a little nervous as this was my first ever surgery !! but let me tell you as soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed and calmed down immediately!! all the ladies in the front desk are angels and are so so sweet and kind, and all the nurses were the same just so good !!! Dr.Kelly put me at ease immediately and was such a delight to have as a doctor!! She made me feel so safe and I was very grateful !! surgery went amazing it couldn't have worked out better and they made sure I had everything I needed and answered any questions I had !! they even called back to check up on me afterward which was so so sweet!! go here and you wont have any regrets I promise !! and thank you to all the ladies over there you guys are so badass and amazing!
