From the moment I walked in every single person was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Billing was explained to me beforehand with great clarity which I appreciated. I believe it was Kelly who was assisting and she was going over everything before the Dr came in, she was amazing! Dr. Zastrow explained the whole process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Not sure how to describe it but she has the most calming vibe that puts you at ease. Start to finish it was only a few minutes if that. No pain! I was so pleased with the whole process. Thank you to the entire staff!

My 15 year old had to have a tooth surgical removed. Procedure took less than an hour. The healing part was also great, no swelling,no bruising and he also told me no pain after the procedure! Definitely recommend

I am 28 years old only expected to live for 3 months unless i got a liver transplant. Getting teeth pulled was what was keeping me from listing. I finally found this oral surgen who's entire staff was extremely nice. They took what i had to say seriously and they moved quick for me. Really they are saving my life because not one other dentist cared enough that in my situation it was life or death. I felt comfortable there (as i have high social anxiety) everyone in there made it feel like home. Huge hearts and im blessed i found them. It blew me away so much i want all their names so i can give them cards

Took my son in for a consultation and then 3 weeks later scheduled his surgery. The office staff was so pleasant to deal with as was the Doctor & the nurses. Thank you guys for making this a painless process. The guidance & upfront of EVERYTHING was greatly appreciated. My son was still nervous but they kept him as calm as could be and he did great too!!!!! PS- we have used your Naples location also!!!!! Super awesome Staff & doctors there too!!!!! Thanks everyone!!!!!!

For the past three years I've been trying to get some answers about a lesion on my lower gumline. I've been to a number of dentist and surgeons but I was unable to get any information or advice that made me feel comfortable and confident. I went searching online and found Florida Oral & Maxillofacial, Port Charlotte and from the initial phone call I felt confident (even before going in for a consultation). No one has ever given me such detailed information. Dr Zastrow was very thorough and assured me that she could take care of my situation and even before my consultation was through I had decided to have her do my surgery. She was very pleasant and exhibited such courtesy and professionalism. I will forever be grateful to her. I would like to make special mention of my attending nurse, Erin, she was my angel. While I was nervous and shaking like a leaf, she warmed my blanket and stayed in the room with me just to ensure I was ok. I highly recommend Dr Zastrow and her team to anyone who has a dental need. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!

Had an appointment for two extractions. A wisdom tooth and a molar that had grown in the roof of my mouth, due to over-crowding. Was done within ten minutes! The staff were kind and Serena was an angel sent from the heavens. I hope that I will not need any more mouth surgery done for awhile, but when the time comes, it will be here :)

The Port Charlotte office rocks. After many disappoints trying to find a dentist to pull a tooth I ended up at their office. (Mine had retired) Charlene was able to get me the very next day. Next day comes and I was nervous going somewhere new but the whole office made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr Zastrow and her assistant Serena was the best. I could not have felt more comfortable. Having never had to be sedated for an extraction (I had a hot tooth) I got nervous again but they put me at ease. I remember talking to Serena one moment then the next her telling me the tooth was out. I so very much wish they were a general dentist office. I would 10 million % recommend this office if you need to have any oral surgery done. To Dr Zastrow and your office thank you so much !!!

I had a molar extraction by Dr. Zastrow. I couldn't say enough good things about her and her staff. They made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. I really appreciated that every step was explained to me as Dr. Zastrow went through each step. I had a follow up phone call later in the day to check on how the post op was going for me. I highly recommend them.
