I went to Dr. Pinker for the first time the other day. I was very nervous and he made me feel completely at ease. He was very patient,thorough and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Pinker and his team.

I had one tooth extracted DR.pinker was very professional and did and outstanding job, and his assistant was also professional.

Very nice place, I came in with a cracked tooth that became infected and Dr. pinker and his beautiful assistant took very good care of me. I am absolutely terrified of dentists however they went Above and beyond to make sure I was okay and taken care of & that really made for a good atmosphere which helped calm my nerves, will return in the future.

Although I can't say getting 2 teeth extracted at once is enjoyable...I have to say my visit today was more than I expected. The entire staff and Dr Pinker are AWESOME! I highly recommend them Thank you all for being so GREAT

I can't thank Dr. Thayer & the staff here enough for what they did for us! Aspen Dental botched my husband's extractions and left him in excruciating pain without so much as scheduling a follow-up with their office or a surgeon. Dr. Thayer got him in and fixed everything on such short notice. Not only were they very professional but you can tell they care about their patients. I am so thankful for all they did for us!

About two years ago, Dr. Akers did an implant for me. Great job. Last month he started work on two more implants. He does fine work and his staff is very nice, helpful and friendly.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Tried to make appointment and whoever was on the phone was so condescending I hang. Why bother going there to spend your money and get treated like they are doing you a favor for free!!!

I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Akers and the follow up care provided by their staff. To begin with, Dr. Akers tried to upsell me on a bone graph. I think when I declined the $250 procedure, I made him mad or something, because when he was extracting my tooth, he nearly dislocated my jaw!!! I had to make him stop before he actually did!!! I've had wisdom teeth pulled before by other doctors and no one ever nearly dislocated my jaw!!! Next, after a few days, I experienced dry socket and the most excruciating pain and swelling that went all the way through the entire right side of my face, my ear, my jaw, and throughout my head, giving me terrible migraines. I was flying out of town the next day, so I went back in and the nurse packed the hole with packing that was suppose to last 3 days. Well it didn't. Half of it fell out after a few hours. I was in a lot of pain during my trip and lived off of ibuprofen and Tylenol to get by. The final nail in the coffin for this office was when I came back home, still in pain, with a terrible ear infection. I called the office and asked for an antibiotic to be prescribed to me. The nurse refused to do so without seeing me. I understand that seeing me would be nice, but it was Friday afternoon and I was at work. Clearly I had complications that were visible when I went in for the packing. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. There are too many other people out there. Actually, I could have used a pair of pliers, did it myself, and experienced less problems...and saved myself a few hundred dollars.
