My daughters appointments have been canceled last minute multiple times, now her appointment time was changed without anyone informing us. I left work to show up at the time I originally scheduled and they couldn't take us. I will not be coming back.

I have an appointment at 8:00 am when we get there they not even open at 8:00 this a bad service we don't know what time they coming.

this place scams your insurance , tells you that your child needs oral sedative medicine to extract teeth when in reality they can use nitrous oxide but rather you're insurance pay 5 thousand dollars for oral sedative instead of 200 for nitrous oxide. i didnt agree with giving my son that medicine but the employees were persistent on giving it to him and wouldnt take my concern into consideration i had fear my child would not wake up and they didnt care at all. this place is absolutely the worst dentist i been never taking my children there again .( who wants there child to b knocked out for 5 hours for a 1 hour extraction) not mine .there are goin to kill a child giving them that medicine theres a 44% death rate when giving children oral sedative this needs to be stopped

I have been coming here for a couple years now. There is always different assistants they are always pleasant. I went there today and my daughter was a little rowdier than usual she is a special needs child. The receptionist tried to help with her offered her something to draw on. The dental assistants were also above and beyond incredibly friendly and talked to my daughter as she was their own. They were very encouraging patient andcompassionate individuals. They made this visit all that much more bearable thanks again for being so attentive parents like us really appreciate it Kindness goes a long way!

Sorry but this is a VERY BAD place for dental work period rude and unprofessional they avoid any work as much as possible !! Very disappointed that my kid was referred to this place !

We had an amazing experience today with Christian . My son has huge sensory issues and hates going to the dentist and normally freaks out. Today he had no issues at all. Thank you again for this experience

Staff very unprofessional. Appointments never honored. On 2 occasion I missed work for a CONFIRMED appointment. One occasion office was closed all together. Spent almost an hour in the waiting room before cancelling all together. Please do yourself the favor and find another office

Dental office is very unprofessional my teenage kids always complain about how unprofessional they are. Don't properly clean. Front office staff didn't correct my phone number in their system so the decline my office visit for my boys but not my girls to give to another someone.

Highly disappointed....my daughter has a Ortho treatment and it's been 2 months since they call and because of an emergency ( they don't keep track of their excuses) the cxl the appointment. Today again they first call to ask if I can take her earlier, which means taken her out from school then an hour later same excuse about the emergency.....when I said well are they going to give me a discount for these 2 months ???? She suddenly booked me for tomorrow then she changed the excuse blaming The Owner saying he has to close the place!!!!! Lack of professionalism !!!!!

The first time going they lied and said I wasn't outside waiting to be called even though I called the office eleven times with no answer and after I was tired of waiting outside for over thirty minutes. I ignored the sign that they had on the door about wait outside and wait for a nurse. When I told them that I've been calling and not getting through. They said their phones were not worthwhile the worker was using the phone Wait time is ridiculous and once you make it in the back get ready to spend another hour just sitting there waiting for the dentist

I'm highly disgusted with this facilIty.The dentist was very rude and rough with my four year old. She had asked if my son ate within 3 hours of his apt and i responded and it was 2 hrs and 50 mins from the last time he ate. Instead of waiting 10 minutes to give him nitrous she filled his cavities with nothing to help with pain. My son was crying and the dentist and her assistant were clearly irritated with my child. Who was obviously in pain. When I mentioned to her my son does not like the dentist she responded with a chuckle and nasty attitude and said "Yeah no one like the dentist". When putting the cotton in his mouth she forced it down so hard my son gagged. I do not recommend them to anyone. Instead of just filling my sons cavities they keep on doing 2 at a time. They are very hungry to bill insurance is all. They need to learn how to handle children who are sensitive.

Office looks looks very bright , freshly painted and decorated. The rooms have been decorated with stickers which adds vibrancy. The staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate even with the long wait periods due to short staff. The front girls do an amazing job multitasking with the amount of patients seen .

Wow!!! Amazed by the staff and Doctor . Movies being played in rooms and lobby add a nice touch to the office .

After one week of making phone calls to make an appointmet for my daughter with no answers i went to the office to ask and make an appointmet the girls in the frontal desk said there is nothing they can do that they are short on staff and they have thousand message that are not abre to returnt phone calles they are probably under pay and they dont care about the patients ,donnt take your child there this place is going down hill
