We offer the latest in X-ray technology for drastically reduced radiation exposure. Not only are we mercury free and mercury removal safe but we also have available reactivity testing so we can select modern Dental materials that are non-reactive as well as non-toxic. If you are concerned about root canals let us help you evaluate your root canals using symptoms, x-rays and sometimes DNA probe. Extractions are done with care to remove the periodontal ligament and de-bride extraction sites. We practice nonsurgical periodontal treatment using the aide of a microscope to identify and eradicate pathogens.

Dr. Chapman holds a BS from Florida State, a DDS from the University of Tennessee and in 1993 graduated from a 2 year certification program in comprehensive dentistry from the University of Florida. He has made a constant effort to blend Holistic and Traditional Dentistry while studying and practicing integrative dentistry for 20 years. During this period he has spent many hours studying dental toxicology, biological dentistry and holistic dentistry. His late brother Dr. Glenn Chapman was an alternative physician MD in West Palm Beach. Together they worked in treating many complicated cases. Dr. Chapman has had courses in electrosurgery, level 2 lasers,temporomandibulardisease (TMJ), cosmetic dentistry, and advanced surgical techniques. He has used IV therapy and from working alongside many MD's he is familiar with a medley of detox treatment protocols.
Besides his conventional training, he has been influenced by the International Academy of Oral and Medical Toxicology, working with Dr. Hal Huggins, Dr. Weston Price and Dr. Klinghardt in applied kinesiology. Dr. Chapman has studied with the Ograms' program of non-traumatic exodontia and the Academy for Advancement of Medicine. He is excited and looking forward to working with Dr. Monhollon in achieving the highest level of care for their patients.

I'm sad today because I liked this dentist, but they don't wear n95 masks and I was told today that they no longer clean teeth with amalgams (silver fillings), however they do remove amalgams. I had amalgams removed by a specialist once who used proper precautions, and I ended up getting very ill for a year. I was advised never to remove them again unless there is a particular problem with them - such as being loose. There are medical risks associated with removing amalgams and I am not up for it just to get a cleaning. I wonder why the hygenist isn't equipped to clean teeth with amalgams. Why not equip her with whatever it is she needs to feel safe cleaning teeth with amalgams? Now I have to find a new dentist. I don't want to have to.

Listen up Todd Stein!! Take your negative review and smear it elsewhere. After decades of trying to find a dentist, we have FOUND our place, Thanks be to GOD! Dr. Chapman is a God centered man, and spiritually sound!! He is also super honest, and has YOUR best interest at heart, not his wallet's. Dentistry is not just a profession, it is also an art and he has mastered his trade beautifully. He just removed one amalgam filling from my husband's mouth, and did an absolutely spectacular job. The office is super clean, and they have a state of the art air purification system in their office, so if you're a germaphobe you need not worry. I myself had a check up and first appointment recently for some dental work I need to get done, and I finally feel safe in a dental office ( and not anxious or nervous ). Plus, I love that I can get the dental materials blood compatibility test first, to make sure I do not have sensitivities to any of the materials being used. This is a true "mom and pop" shop -- meaning, it is small, cozy, and he sees one patient at a time, like it used to be- so you are not waiting around for hours on end- plus there's pretty much only one one patient at a time in the office, which means he and everyone else is 100% focused on YOU. Melody at the front desk is KIND and sweet. I am BIG into energy, and there's NO weird vibes here, just lots of GOOD healing energy. I feel we are in capable hands here at Dr. Chapman's office and I literally have thanked GOD for finding him and grateful for the referral that led us here. I did not vibe well with my current dental office, which was huge, busy, and I was just another face in the crowd, so I really appreciate it here. It made me so upset to see Mr. Todd Stein's review, bringing their rating down from 5 stars. It doesn't sound like he or his mom were a good fit for their office and they can take their petty criticisms and spread it elsewhere. The true test is GO and make an appointment and you will SEE my review is the real deal. I had to take time out of my busy morning to write this, after seeing that review. To take time to say something negative about the most wonderful group of people ( Dr. Chapman, his assistants, Melody, and Annette the hygienist ) is an injustice I felt strongly about putting my 2 cents in.

My mother had a consult with Dr Chapman to get her amalgam fillings out. His mask was hanging off his face, my mother was concerned because her husband is a cancer patient and very high risk. After the consult she phones the office and asked if he would be able to wear a proper mask during the procedure due her her concerns. The next day she was informed he was dropping her as a patient and would not help her. Please, to anyone out there considering this guy, I would avoid him like the plague.

I am very surprised to see a review that says that it is a very stressful environment. I have been a patient for several years and have gotten several fillings and a crown done by Dr. Chapman. I personally get pretty anxious about dental work and have found Dr. Chapman to put me at ease because not only does he explain everything thoroughly, he continues to inform me of what he is doing as he is doing the actual work and frequently asks throughout the procedure if I am ok or if I feel any pain. Having a dentist who is so communicative and lets me know what he is doing puts me personally at ease. He is very adamant about using only the safest products and also doing only the safest procedures for the patient. He is also very nice and easy to talk to and answers all your questions and doesn't ever rush just to move on to the next patient. It also makes me feel a lot safer seeing a dentist who cares about the patients health as a whole and understands that dental health affects the other areas of the patient's body also. Definitely recommend.

I truly enjoy going to Dr Chapman .. he is one of the only holistic dentist I know of in the Sarasota Florida area. He is also extremely knowledgeable about his practice of holistic dentistry, instantly makes you feel comfortable through his ability to be such a great conversationalist AND acts like a real person and relates to you discussing other things aside from dentistry. Obviously price could be a factor as they are out of network, but rest assured to know all work he does is diligently performed and he makes it a point to explain all he does. I do suggest making sure you know EXACTLY how much you are being quoted on procedures more so by the front desk-- as I know they are not there to rip people off, BUT there's been some confusion where I was quoted one thing and charged another.
