I never write reviews, but felt compelled to give my honest opinion about Jacksonville Endodontist Specialists. After calling every office in Jacksonville, I went to this particular office for a root canal. I asked the lead endodontist to give me his opinion on which option I should take for my situation, and he became agitated. Having a procedure of this magnitude is a big step and endodontists should expect customers to have questions about certain procedures and be more than willing to provide as much detail as possible and with a sense empathy and courtesy. Long story short, I ended up paying $1000 dollars for a procedure called a 1/2 root canal. After the procedure I wished I had spent my $1000 at another company with halfway decent customer service. I ended up going to another dentist/Endodontist to have the procedure finished and I was beyond pleased with the customer service I received there.

The staff makes you feel right at home. Very satisfied quick painless job well done. This establishment is legit.

Dr Sleeth and his team took care of me during one of the worst moments of my life. A few important points; Dr Sleeth accurately predicted a nerve pain problem and sent me to a dental specialist who confirmed. He could have made thousands more dollars off me but turned me away out of concern for my teeths health and was right, he's a true professional with ethics and character. You'll be in good hands here

More than the best endodontic practice around!!!! Thank you so much for getting my 11 year old in so quickly. I am so sincerely appreciative of you all! The doctor is amazing and so are ALL of the staff!!! You all are a blessing to Jacksonville. A root canal is not the best thing for anyone to have done, but you all are THE BEST!!!!! :)

If I could give more stars I would! If you need to get a root canal done, this is the place hands down! This office is amazing. From the front office staff to Dr. Sleeth they don't disappoint. From the start they catered to my every need. I told them I was super nervous and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I kept thanking them because I was so appreciative of their kindness. Root canals aren't as scary as they used to be. I fell asleep during the procedure which NEVER happens to me at the dentist. Dr. Sleeth is super gentle you can barely feel what he's doing. They even put Vaseline on my lips y'all so they wouldn't get dry Thank you Dr. Sleeth and your amazing staff!

Dr. Sleeth is the definition of a professional. I had a pretty lengthy procedure and he stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The staff is incredible and extremely attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Sleeth to anyone needing Endodontic services.

Dr. Sleeth and his staff are AMAZING!! They are very attentive. Dr Sleeth has great patience in answering questions or concerns. I HIGHLY recommend his office to anyone near and far needing a dental specialist!

Dr. Sleeth and Hailee are like a well oiled machine when they tagged team me during my first procedure with them. He was referred by our dentist and I'm glad he did! He's very patient with my questions and I felt educated by his explanations. Prompt service, and the rest of the team are very nice. Overall, highly recommend!

Dr. Sleeth and his team are the best. I was referred by my dentist for a root canal retreat (well ok 2 retreats) I was so anxious when I went to the first appointment, not knowing how this was going to go. Dr. Sleeth and dental assistant, Haley, went over the procedure and was very happy to answer all my questions. Haley was amazing the entire time checking with me that I was ok and her calmness kept me comfortable. Before I realized it, the procedure was over!! The only pain I had afterward was just mild soreness. My first tooth is finished and is on its way to being totally healed and I have no worries about going back next week to start on my second tooth's procedure. Look, it's scary to go have this done, but rest assured that you will be taken care of and all your questions answered. The scariest part is the unknown. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Sleeth at Florida Endodontic Specialists!!! He and his staff are amazing!!!!! Best root canal I've ever had!! No, serious!!!

My family dentist detected a small abscess under tooth number 3. He indicated he was referring me to an endodontic specialist. I said "A who!". He explained he wants the specialist to examine and treat as necessary. What possible treatment might it be that he couldn't do. Root canal. Because we have been patients for years and we have full confidence and trust in Dr McClure, I made the appoint with Dr Sleeth. I talked with Christy to make my appointment. She took all the necessary personal info. She told me she had a root canal earlier in the year and she had more discomfort with a crown. I am feeling somewhat less apprehensive.. Christy did call me back and told me how much my insurance would pay and what my out of pocket cost would be. I am a morning person, I scheduled my appointment for 8:00 am, so I would be in a good mood. On the scheduled day, I checked in with Christy. Almost immediately Kirsten came out, introduced herself and escorted me back to the x-tray room. She explained everything she was going to do and how the machine was going to perform the x-rays. Kirsten then escorted me to "the chair". Dr Bradley Sleeth came in, introduced himself and explained the pictures to me. He fully explained my problem including why I was not experiencing any pain. He further explained what and how (treatment) he was going to perform the root canal The Doctor and Kirsten continually talked to each other and I felt comfortable with their team effort. When the procedure was complete, Dr Sleeth took several x-rays to ensure his work was complete. I want to say, I felt NO discomfort during the procedure. During the remaining hours as I went about my daily routine and then readied for bed, I experienced NO discomfort or pain. I highly and absolutely recommend Florida Endodontic Specialists. Everyone was so kind. My case wasn't an easy one & I really expected to be in a lot of pain afterward. Nope! Had some soreness & swelling but actually felt great. I highly recommend!!

The entire experience was the absolute best for me and my daughter! The staff is awesome and my only regret is that we can't use them for EVERY dental service!!!

I was taking back to a room quickly. Haylie was AMAZING she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Brad answered all of my questions. He was AWESOME and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him for any root canals.

Root canal and crown repair was done at this office. After weeks of severe pain, Dr. Sleeth's procedure fixed my problem. Excellent work and great customer service!

By far the greatest team of individuals. They made me feel like I have known them all my life! There was a great deal of professionalism sprinkled with some great humor! Dr Sleeth stayed a little late to complete a root canal for me as I was in excruciating pain! I could never thank him or his staff enough for the great job they did and for the compassion they showed! I highly recommend Dr Sleeth for a root canal.

Hands down, by far the best dental experience I have ever had. All the staff was very attentive and kind and genuinely care. They got me scheduled unfathomably fast and Dr.Sleeth stayed late to finish and did an outstanding job. Such an amazing group of people I could never thank them enough.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Dr. Sleeth and his team. I developed a toothache shortly before leaving for a trip, and my dentist determined I needed a root canal on a tooth I already had a crown on. Dr. Sleeth was able to see me the next day, allowing me to still leave as planned. The office was spotless and very high tech - felt like I was getting a root canal in an Apple store. After my insurance claim was processed, I received a refund for an overpayment even before I could call the office to ask for it. If I ever need a root canal again, this is where I will go.

My 7 year old daughter was having a toothache and I was panicking on finding a Dental office that could take care of my daughter with such short notice. I called so many Dental Offices with no luck, and then I finally called Florida Endodontic Specialist. The Receptionist was so nice and understanding. She told me she could get me in at 4:30p mind you it was already 2pm. I was so relieved but shortly after getting there I found out that the mother of my kids had not reapplied for Medicaid so I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I was worried about the cost of the bill but the Receptionist reassured that she had a 7 year old as well and that they would work with me to make sure my daughter was no longer in pain. Long story short... these people are a God send and I could have not been more blessed to have found their phone number they are amazing and me and my family are so greatful!! Trust me!! If you need a procedure done... THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
