Simply put, our entire mission is to expand access to care, exemplify safety & quality, and reduce costs to patients and payors. These are the pillars our company was built on when it was founded in 2011 and they remain the motivation behind everything we do to this day.

At Blue Cloud, being cheerful is simply the result of understanding the impact we are fortunate to make every day as we provide access to care to our pediatric and special needs patients. That can be hard work at times and as the saying goes; 'The way you do anything is the way you do everything'. Our goal in cheerfully working hard is to leave a positive impact on each person who comes through our doors.

We value empathy. We know that our ability to fulfill our mission comes from our ability to develop relationships with our patients, referral partners, and each other. Going about the small things every day with empathy for others helps us to be better providers of both healthcare and happiness.

Weve promised our patients and referral partners that we will ensure that every patient is safely cared for and has a positive experience when they visit us. We make other commitments but that is the core commitment. And we intend to always keep it.

Devin serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations of the company. Prior to becoming CEO, Devin held multiple other roles at Blue Cloud including President & COO, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development and Sales & Marketing.

Devin was one of the four founding partners of North End HealthCare (acquired by Blue Cloud in 2016) where he served as its Chief Operating Officer. Devin also worked as the Administrator of Houston Childrens Dental Center and as an Orthopedic Device Rep for Lone Peak Medical.

Caryl serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers. She is responsible for the companys financial functions, internal reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to Blue Cloud, Caryl most recently served as the CFO for Sentient Medical Systems where she managed the financial functions of 350 locations, across 3 business lines, in 40 different states. Caryl also served as comptroller for Fresenius Vascular Care (formerly American Access Care) for over 7 years. Prior to healthcare, Caryl spent 17 years in Public Accounting in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
