Mohammad K. Zaman, BDS, MS, has the exceptional privilege of being trained in three dental specialties: Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics and Periodontics. After receiving his dental degree, he completed a one-year dental internship followed by a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was granted a Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and furthered his education by completing three-year postgraduate specialty training in Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he received a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree. He then completed a one-year Implant Fellowship Residency in the Department of Periodontics at Nova Southeastern. Dr. Zaman currently holds a faculty position in Post-Graduate Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University. His special interests are in aesthetic full-mouth reconstruction and complex dental implant surgical procedures.
Dr. Zaman has conducted research in the fields of Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics. He studied treatment outcomes of oral squamous cell carcinoma based on clinical staging of the cancer and compared marginal adaptation and retention of CAD-CAM all-ceramic crowns with different preparations. His study has been published in the International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He also lectures both in local study clubs and for professional organizations nationally and internationally.
Dr. Zaman is active in the community, providing dental care at the AMCC Clinic in Longwood and serving as an executive board member of the Florida Prosthodontics Association. He and his wife Sonia have three beautiful children, and in his spare time he enjoys watching movies, bicycle riding, boating, and spending time with his kids.
In order to provide the highest level of service, we have selected a team that is not only competent, but unusually warm and friendly. People like this are not easy to find. We are very fortunate to have built such a quality team. We have a full-time dental hygienist who is a foreign-trained dentist. Our assistants are certified by the dental board. Our full-time lab technician has extensive training in fixed, removable, and digital dentistry (CAD/CAM). Youll notice the difference on your first visit!

Great place and honest people. I'm getting my implants done by Dr Zaman because I liked his domineer from the start, he explained every question I had . Yes this is just the big inning but I'm confident with his work. I will post more as my work is done. If you want implant go to someone who knows the work. He is a surgeon and all the work is done in his facility from the measurements-to the implants themselves. Sonia showed me many videos of all their happy and satisfied clients. This is a beautiful clean place and the doctor makes you feel comfortable from the start. Update: Hello today is Monday March 22. I had my surgery on Saturday, the experience was so smooth. I didn't feel a thing. I had several teeth removed and the implants were placed. I cant believe how all this was done and I didn't feel a thing. Doctor Zaman worked so well and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I felt a little pain on Sunday but I took some Tylenol and the pain was gone. I can't believe how beautiful my smile is and these are not my permanent ones yet! I will get my zirconia in around four months. That is the plan I chose. Thank you Dr. Zaman.

Near the end of the procedure. Every visit was great. Staff is friendly, and Dr. Zamsn is fantastic. I expected discomfort, but the Dr, was true to his word, and it was very minimal.

I am scared to death of dentists, and I basically need my entire mouth reconstructed. Dr Zaman took the time to evaluate what I need and to make it happen. He is very particular with his work and he won't let any mistakes remain, he will fix them! Even if it costs him I'm the end. The staff are just as amazing, kind patient and honest. His office manager Lindsay has literally became of a friend of mine and my husbands. We love it there and would go nowhere else!

Today i had the awesome experience which most wouldnt say about 3 teeth extractions but it was a very easy pain free experience. (I have very little pain tolerance). Dr Zaman was very gentle very detailed and very caring.and his nurse Luz was very attentive too..The procedure was completed and I was on my way home in less than hour. If you need dental work please schedule your appt with Dr. Zaman and his team. I am scheduling my crown appt.today.

I would like to thank the entire staff at Florida Dental Implant Center in Lake Mary. I am 65 with heart issues. They fully research my Medical history. Dr Zarman gave me the confidence I was looking for. Not the corporate cattle shows you see at other clinics. I requested and was approved for advanced sedation, provided by Doctor V thanks to this gentleman, I sleep thur the entire procedure. I felt or heard nothing. When I woke I had a beautiful smile. Post operative is going well. Yes alittle sore mild pain for a day. IIBPROFEN and Salt water rinses was all I needed. Thank you Dr. Zarman, Doctor V. and your professional team at Florida Dental Implant & Anastictics.

I cannot express how thankful I am to Dr Zaman and his staff for what they did with my front tooth! I have a dead front tooth and over the years it has yellowed differently from the rest of my teeth and will not take to whitening so my only option is a crown. Before meeting Dr Zaman, I had seen two other dentists and they had assured me it could be done but most likely both of my front teeth would have to be knocked out if not all four to balance the look of the crown. I was always scared to take the plunge because it's my front teeth and I don't want anything noticeably to happen that's worse than what I already had. Right off the bat Dr Zaman was the only one that assured me he would do everything in his power to try and only put a crown on the one tooth that was dead since all of my other teeth were healthy and beautiful. Caring enough to try that made me feel immediately at ease. Up until that point I never even knew it was an option. Can I tell you how excited and grateful I am that I took the plunge with Dr Zaman's team and finally went through with fixing my teeth!!!!! There are no words for how my mouth looks now! It is so amazing how detailed and accurate he got the shading and the texture you would never know this is a crown and all I do is smile now! It was the best experience I've had in a very long time and I just want to thank Dr Zaman so so much for making a difference in my life! I also want to point out that I never once waited in a waiting room so that was a nice pleasant surprise and his entire staff was always gentle and kind to me in all of my appointments. If you are on the fence in any way about getting crowns or aesthetic work done to your mouth, you really need to have an appointment here and reconsider doing it because you will not regret it!!!!

I came very very far crossing multiple state borders all the way from Washington DC to Florida see Dr. Zaman and it was exceedingly ,tremendously worth it. My teeth were in such a horrible shape . Beyond words they were horrible. After all of the appointments and all the time and effort and hours that he put into my work ; I have a Hollywood smile at this point and that's not even being conceited they're literally perfect I highly recommend you see him if you're concerned about your smiles appearance. I've never seen a more educated staff a more personable, caring, patient staff then he has literally every single one of his employees are just ideal to be there and I'm just so thankful for them as wellwouldn't have had this any other way thank you so much again Doctor!
