They are very unprofessional very rude they will charge your insurance and then cancel your appointment I will be calling a lawyer because they didn't do there job and still got paid. And they try to say it was my fault that they couldn't work on me when I did everything I had to do on my I have videos and pictures of everything because I record everything and everywhere I go as I have a congenital heart problem and I can't home My breath as long as they asked but I still did and they didn't make my tooth the right size and said it was my fault

I was 28 and needed it done badly.I was so scared but the nurses were so calming and held my hand...I opted to not get my dentures the same day..I got them 3 months later and I have had them 10 years now..I am so glad I got it done cuz now I am in my 40s..

My experience was great here. Dr. Yves was very direct, informative, and straight to the point. He eradicated my fear of the dentist and now I'm excited to see how he can help me with my journey

The receptionist who answered the phone on the Australian Ave. location on Wednesday, 1/8 @ 4:17 PM in the afternoon was blatantly rude and so unprofessional. I will never visit that location ever! I will take my business to where I can be treated with the respect and kindness I deserve. Was truly uncalled for. I was very kind. That receptionist needs professional training. Period.

I had a great experience at this dentist. Initially, reading the reviews I was skeptical of going to this dentist office, but I'm glad I did. I was having a throbbing tooth pain & I needed my tooth pull immediately. I tried other dentist office but they all required an initial visit and hundreds of dollars without insurance. This is the MOST AFFORDABLE place without insurance! I didn't feel any pain when the dentist pulled out my tooth. THANK GOODNESS! I waited over a week to write this review, to make sure everything is good. My mouth feels fine. No more tooth pain! By the way, the office clerk didn't give me any problems & the dentist was really friendly, contrary to some other posts. I didn't feel that the place was dirty, it just seemed like an older office, without the bells & whistles compared to upscale offices.

I have been here a couple of times and I was somewhat satisfied until recently. I went in for a simple extraction and it ended up me becoming a patient. I was told i could get a crown , long story short before Christmas they completely cut my tooth down to fit it for a crown and they put on a permanent one that fell out when i got home. they did offer for me to come back but i lived so far away i did not go. after the holidays i was called to let me know the permament crown was in and i was to come in on Monday January 29th 2018 to get it put on. I was having so much pain so i went in on Thursday the 25th. they put another temp. crown on that fell out again. I went to the hospital got 2 shots for pain found out that the tooth looked like it was getting infected cause of the swelling to the gums. today , Friday I ended up going all the way to Indian town to a great dentist that pulled the tooth and explained to me the reason the temp kept falling off was because they cut my tooth down to much . I will Never go to this dentist again and I dont recommend anyone else to either.

I normally don't do reviews, but I was at work calling around for a new dentistry family to join. I was rapidly greeted on the phone by the receptionist named "Haylee". I tried to get information as far as what insurance they accept, if they had a hygienist and other valued information to determine a scheduling. She was very abrupt, she openly told me " we generally look all that up the day before you come, but I don't have time for that right now." I asked her was she the only worker she said 'yes' then continued to rant about other things I did not inquire about. it was very hard to get a word in she sounded as if she could care less and even threw me on hold in the middle of me still talking. When I asked her did they do teeth cleanings only she continued to let me know that the doctor has to do a consultation and whatever they recommend is what they will do. I asked her " what if I don't want all of the recommended things" she then stated that I had no option which is ILLEGAL I have the right to refuse services by law. She is rude, abrupt and poorly trained on the laws and quite frankly I would never go there. they may do good work but have poor frontline services that will turn people away!

I would say, find somewhere else ... based on the customer service the 2 girls provide. One pretends to be the office manager while the other one oozes of pure attitude. I do not know how a Dentist would allow such nastiness in their office. Make sure your insurance is in place and ok before you travel there. They run your insurance the day before, when it comes back that you're no longer on that insurance they don't bother to call you & tell you. They wait for you to arrive and then say, sorry you have no insurance we cannot see you. When my daughter produced her new insurance, (mind you, had she called my daughter back when she discovered her old insurance was no longer in effect, this would have been solved) they said they needed prior authorization to be seen. I ran an optical in a Palm Beach County for over 20 years and never, would any employee on my staff have ever treated a patient the way my daughter was just treated. They would have moved mountains knowing this patient was in pain, to do what needed to be done. Or at the very least offered them the cash price of an extraction so they knew what they were up against if their insurance could not provide any type of coverage. Because anyone who works with insurance knows, yes you need prior authorization on any services, but we can all pick up the phone and call to get it just as fast as walking to the break room for our 2nd cup of coffee. I cannot speak for the dentist, we didn't even get close to be introduced. But, I will say, why would you want to even go that far when you have the ridiculously non compassionate front desk, that doesn't even like to do their jobs. Too may dentist around to have to put up with the likes of them.
