Scheduled an appointment a month in advance, Just to get a call that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because of some corporate meeting that they had no idea about, the week of. Then they told me they couldn't get me in until the 13 of Sept weeks after my original appointment. Keep in mind they know I have a cavity, I'm paying cash and I'm a new patient. Lucky I was able to find a Newer, closer, and overall better option. And they were able to schedule me ASAP. Not blaming this dentist, just the corporate office and is lack of communication. I'm sure the employees are just like me and hate useless meetings and having to reschedule their patients.

Just don't use them, their office and equipment is ancient. Their customer service is awful. Their management is despicable and they refuse to fix local and company wide issues that could be solved by listening to their dwindling supply of good employees. During one of my visits they knocked a crown off while extracting another tooth, which the dentist had no problem repairing for free until the owner caught wind. He is also a dentist, and forced his way into the situation, saying other services that weren't free were now required. I ended up having to be seen in multiple visits when he wasn't there so they could fix the problem as promised behind his back, at least the dentist I came to see knew what's right. But it was awkward and unnecessary. Not to mention they always try to upsell you for services or upgrades you don't need, like full porcelain or premium packages. There are MUCH better and more affordable dental services offered elsewhere in town. For your own good, look around.

Used twice, once in July and December. Very reasonable prices and fast service. Repairs in a day or so. Personal dentist sends everything out for repair taking two or three weeks. Staff is very pleasant and super helpful. Recommend if you want a fast repair! They have several offices in the Tampa area so check first there may be one closer to you.

Have used Florida Dental Centers a few times. The first time I came here was just to have my routine teeth cleaning, I also informed them that I needed a new night guard. They were able to clean my teeth and get my impressions for my night guard in the same day. Scheduled the night guard fitting for two weeks later. Came back and it didn't fit right. Scheduled another fitting two weeks later for round number 2. This time it fit just right. Plus they didn't charge me for taking a second impression since it didn't go right the first time. Very reasonable prices, plus the staff is very friendly. These people know what they are doing. Will be back again soon for any of my dental needs.

Places like this is what keeps me from visiting dentists as often as I need. I had a filled tooth that started to hurt when pressure was applied. I made an appointment here and was told that I needed a root canal and a crown. I was informed they do not do any sort of sedation other than prescribing Halcyon, which I opted for. I must have received about 10 injections because they couldn't numb the nerve, this was grueling. Halfway through the procedure, I'm told that the tooth is cracked and then I'm asked if I wanted him to finish or abort the root canal. I was stoned on Halcyon and in no condition to make a decision like that. So he stopped the root canal, put in a temp filling and sent me on my way, with a gaping hole in my tooth, an intact nerve and an appointment a month later to have a consultation for an extraction and implant. The next day I left for a 3 week vacation in the Keys. 2 days after I left the temp filling fell out and the tooth was infected. I ended up having to go to another dentist in the Keys to get antibiotics, and used Walgreens temp filling to keep the hole filled. After returning, I called them to tell them that I need this tooth fixed, but I wasn't ready to opt for an implant. There is no way in hell I would let these people pull a tooth, much less perform an implant! I now have an appointment with an oral surgeon. I ended up in a circular conversation where I was presented with a chicken and egg scenario regarding my tooth and moving forward where their only objective was to get me to come in and get an implant. The place is an old, drab, nasty strip mall dental operation for cut rate dental services,. It may be best suited for the medicaid crowd.

Advertises same day emergency service, but that is not the case. Friendly at the receptionist desk, but not able to help me with an exposed root that is causing tremendous pain. They did say they could xray the area... Just not work on the problem.

Let me begin with saying I have had "dental phobia" my whole life. I am now 73 years old. This dental office is wonderful... Such gentle, caring, and supportive staff... From the front desk, to Dr. Floyd and his sweet and wonderful assistant, Renie. Their prices are competitive. Thank you all for caring for my inner child. Nancy in Bradenton, FL

I've gone here for years and always appreciated them. Dr. Floyd was my dentist, he was simply amazing. I put off a procedure thar Dr. Floyd told me probably a decade ago was needed. Didn't want to spend the money and wasn't excited about dental procedure pain. Fast forward to a few months back when I could no longer ignore said procedure, booked an appointment only to show up and find out that MY Dr. Floyd had finally retired. I figured I deserved whatever I got from putting things off. Dr. Hutchinson stepped in and did an amazing job. I am thankful to have this wonderful practice with their awesome staff here in Bradenton. We are truly fortunate. And God bless Dr. Floyd in his retirement. He deserves every single minute of it for putting up with patients like me. Karen K
