While visiting Florida, I needed to have a tooth extracted. I called several places, but the wait for an appointment was too long. When I called Dr.smith and his staff, they were very supportive and understood my how the pain was affecting my stay in Florida. Dr. Smith Directed his staff to squeeze me in and managed to see me the next day. Since this was last minute , I took the time to call my insurance myself and explained to them my situation. Dr. Smith's staff provided all additional documentation to my insurance and my surgery was completed. All I can say, the procedure was pain free and the service was excellent. Thank you Dr. Smith.

A Horrible Horrible Experience He Charges $400.00 for 3 D X-ray and Did Not provide me a Report. A Totally Shady and Unethical Practice. By Law They are suppose to give you a Report !

The front desk staff is super polite, courteous and professional. Dr. Smith was great and very professional!! Would definitely recommend!!

Dr Smith is an amazing surgeon. I felt nothing when he did my extraction. He has a great expertise for anesthesia. I felt no pain when he did my extractions. I will refer him to my friends. Great surgeon.

Dr. Smith is an excellent oral surgeon. Very kind and passionate about his work. Also the lady's at the front desk were very nice and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who needs to see an oral surgeon.

Been waiting almost 6 months after six extractions.. In October.. For my partial and bridge.. Excuse after excuse after excuse.Driving back and forth no one answer s phone. Causing severe biting onto my tongue. Nothing is helping I am losing weight and cannot eat. I do not know why my other post wasn't added. After waiting and finally getting my partials the doctor explained a lot to me. With covid going on. He did a wonderful job with the surgery. We work things out. Staff is very friendly. The office manager did go above and beyond to get me the help that I needed and the issues resolved.

I have nothing but kind words for this office and their staff. I want to start off by thanking Ms. Yvonne at front desk! She is the most warming women. She was able to verify my insurance prior to my appointment. As well as getting me in for an appointment with ease. The dental assistants were great with making me feel comfortable when I went back in to the operating room. I was open to ask them any and every question they had no problem answering. Last but not least thank you Dr. Smith! I would highly recommend his practice to all of my friends and family. Thank you for making this a pleasurable experience!

Absolutely the wost. I had an appointment with them to get my wisdom teeth removed and they made me wait 3 hours in the waiting room before I was even brought to a room. They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone, you will have to call at least 20-30 times before they answer. I was in the worst pain in my entire life after the surgery and they didn't even mention that I could use a medicated mouth rinse to help with the pain and clean out my wounds. To make it even worse I called them on a friday to renew my prescription and they said they would call my pharmacist. I went to the pharmacy and they never called an I cant get a hold of them until Monday so I have to go all weekend without my inflimation and pain medication. Dont waste your time. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.

Why was my review removed? This place is unprofessional and unreliable. They encouraged my uncle to change health insurance to cover a procedure and the new insurance does not covers it. He now has another $2,600 out of pocket expense. Don't waste your time going here. There are a lot of other well qualified surgeons with well trained staff in the area.

I have been trying to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out for years (all of them were impacted) . And thanks to this office I finally was able to the pricing was very reasonable and I was sedated when I woke up I actually thought that they didn't take them out because everything went so smoothly. The staff is very nice and understanding, the office is very clean ( they take great precautions due to COVID &it shows) so I will forever be recommending this office to anyone who ask. Thank you guys so much and keep up the great work.

I went in Thursday about a wisdom tooth removal. They told me it would take 24-72 hours to get back with me. I waited till the next Friday and still no answer.I had called back multiple times to figure out why it was taking so long, I was told "they were in a meeting" (which is understandable) so I gave it well over a hour for a phone call back, and no one ever did call back.So I decided I was going to call them back, I called like 10 times and nothing. This is just cruel and inhumane to do to a person who is in a lot of pain, on top of giving people false hope of helping them is truly terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone else,especially if you're in a lot of pain.

I have two broken teeth that I was supposed to have removed. Went in for a consultation was told the insurance would take 7-10 days to approve it. It's been over two months and every time I call they have another excuse. They don't even have the consistency to call and explain what's holding up the process. I call and leave multiple messages before even getting a call back. Will definitely not be going forward with them! I see other people complaining about the same thing and their response is "it's due to the pandemic", shouldn't accept patients if that's the problem and at least be courteous enough to call and inform the patients.

Very unreliable!! I had my consultation in June of 21 and still waiting for my procedure to get done. If they didn't want to do the procedure, that's all they had to say. Instead of wasting my time and energy! They don't ever call back! The office manager Would never return my phone calls! I had to literally go in one day just to get a paper. Total waste of time! I could've been went somewhere else! I'm extremely upset about how they handled it all
