Terrible thing happen to me while I was out on vacation in FL! My back 2 teeth was causing me pain/gum was infected/puffy it needed to be removed ASAP. This office was chosen by me due to the high reviews and I stand by it. They helped me out the same day! I was able to fill out all the required forms on my phone which saved a lot of time in person: Super plus. The place itself is very nice and modern looking I was impressed. I was diagnosed first with a modern x-ray machine, it was very quick it just spins around your head and boom your done. It was 10x better than the old x-ray machines where you have to bite down on a piece 5x in different areas in your mouth causing you to gag. This machine was definitely another plus. Then I met with Dr. Theiss who further diagnosed my mouth up close and then explained the procedure with the X-ray image on a large TV for me to see what has to be done thoroughly-very nice guy. I was sent back to my resort with a prescription for pain meds for the night and was scheduled for surgery the very next morning. Staff overall was very friendly, and took time to explain insurance/billing co-payments step by step. Dr. Theiss did a outstanding job, talked me through everything which was a super plus as I didn't know what to expect. Everybody was comforting. It all went well, I didn't feel any pain at all even while being awake. A few hrs later he texted me personally checked how I was doing, what to do next, any questions..etc that was another super plus because it actually showed he cared. I wish more doctors would actually do this. It really does go a long way. If I didn't live in NYC this would be my go to place hands down. Highly recommend

A beautiful, peaceful place. Professional, caring, kind staff! I was attended by Dr. Theiss, who clearly knows his stuff and has delightful bedside manners. I am recovering well from multiple molar extractions under IV surgery, and have nothing but good words about everyone who attended me! Highly recommended.

Dr. Shapiro performed my wisdom tooth extraction surgery flawlessly and his team is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was nervous going in as it was my first time under anesthesia but his team reassured me and made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was painless and the recovery has been great. If it's your first time and you are scared , don't ask people or friends about their past experiences anywhere else ....visit this place and talk to Dr. Theiss. Amazing staff and beautiful office . Both my visits were very fast and easy . Dr Theiss is the best that i have visited. He is highly knowledgeable and does his best to provide you the best experience ever . I got all my 4 wisdom tooth removed in the same visit . The extraction process was very smooth with ZERO pain and the recovery was super fast as well. I was able to eat my normal daily meals after 1 week (though they recommend after 2 weeks). Had NO swelling or discomfort. Immediately after the procedure , my first and only question was , IS IT DONE ? Trust me i did not feel a bit . Dr Theiss called me at around 7 pm in the evening to check how i was doing and walked me through the do's and don't once again . He would certainly be my go to doctor for my entire family. I highly recommend him and the whole staff.

Dr. Theiss took great care of me through the consultation, surgery, and follow up. He called me after the surgery to make surgery everything went well too! There was some difficulty getting prescriptions post-op, but the 24-hr line was able to help resolve everything. Loved this place!
