Short version: Dr. Randy Kreidel is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone. Long version: Since childhood, I have had massive dental problems which have left me with some fairly serious dental phobia. Even as a teenager, I ended up wearing metal braces for five years. Eventually, through many trials and tribulations, I emerged with a nice smile but a terrible fear of dentistry. I am sharing my very personal information with you all in the hopes that my experience will help someone who has had similar experiences. I drive over an hour to have Dr. Randy Kreidel as my dentist because I have never been treated by anyone better and he always exceeds my highest expectations. The man is simply amazing in every way. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and very gentle. He doesn't take chances. He checks and double checks everything as he proceeds through treating you and he ensures you are completely comfortable the entire time. I would drive any distance to have Dr. Kreidel as my dentist, and I feel very fortunate that he's located in Texas. Additionally, Dr. Kreidel's staff is fabulous and they have several, affordable payment plan options if you don't have insurance. I have been treated by more dentists and orthodontists than I can even recall, but if you want the best, you have to go to Floresville, Texas and see Dr. Randy Kreidel.

I've been going here about a year and had all sorts of work done. The staff is helpful and polite, and Dr. Cortez does good work. I've had some bad experiences in other places in the past, so a good dentist office is what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

My review of my experiences being a parent of an established patient. The staff at Floresville Dental is amazing. The staff is friendly, informative, professional but also make you feel like you are important as a patient and also as a person.

No 6ft apart in very small waiting room, all chairs were next to each other, pens to fill out paperwork were being used by everyone, having to do a rinse in a restroom that didn't look to sanitary nor was anyone sterilizing it after each person would use it

I felt the hygienist rushed through my appointment and made no attempt to be friendly or hospitable. It was a regular cleaning. The hygienist tried to hang the water vacuum out of the side of my mouth until I kept trying to hold it myself. She did clean my teeth but barely touched each tooth while polishing so my teeth didn't even feel smooth after. It was near lunch time and the hygienist stopped working on me while another took her lunch order. Not a good 1st experience there and I will not go back.

From walking in to walking out this experience at Floresville Dental was refreshing! All the staff are friendly and helpful! I was in and out. I did not have to wait at all ! Very professional! One of the best experiences I've had with going to the dentist!

They were pretty accurate and gentle I only felt a little bit of pressure of getting my wisdom tooth taken out and the staff was caring

This was an amazing place for my scared 10 yo who needed her first cavities filled.. Selena was so professional and sweet and my daughter went from tears to smiles. Dr. Cortez was also very professional and very soothing to my scared lil girl.. he was extremely proficient and quick. Love this place and will def. come back for whatever dental needs we have. Thanks guys..

When I went in for a teeth cleaning the staff were really nice and inviting, the atmosphere was nice and I will definitely be returning in the near future.
