Had two teeth I needed pulled and due to my gag reflex no other place could take me so I was referred. I was shock at how high tech their equipment was compared to most other dentist or oral surgery offices I had been in including UAB whose X-ray machine is the same one I was in ten years ago . This is also the only office to give me a call back to check on me and made sure I left with the tools I needed to clean out the extraction sites . I've had no major pain or swelling , while it did cost more than other places the clean setting and advanced tools that aren't from the 1990s and quality of service made it worth every dollar . Just noticed days later they had fixed an extraction site UAB didn't close up , thank y'all so much .

I developed an abscess that required an apicoectomy. Dr. Morris performed the procedure in under an hour and afterwards I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever and no swelling or bruising. Dr. Morris also personally called me later that evening to make sure I was doing well. I was very satisfied with the procedure and would highly recommend Dr. Morris.

I've had two procedures done at the Florence location and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Morris and his staff are exceptional. They make the whole process so simple and painless. I would highly recommend this office, you will not be disappointed!

So far everything has been great. Everyone has been very nice and professional. I have another appointment next week. If I encounter anything negative at that time I will repost. Also, pertaining to the person that left the negative reviews about the staff being unfriendly and only caring about privileged white people. That is not true. They have forms there to fill out if you need credit. This isn't a color thing. Blacks and whites both are tired of hearing color mentioned every time you think you are not treated special. Grow up and act like you have a brain dummy.

As far as the surgery went, it was great. However, the billing department was unorganized and took over two months to straighten my account out.

When I walked in, my first impression was it was a very nice place. The front desk ladies helped me get situated very nice. They were nice and welcomed me. The hygienist was so sweet she talked to me and was very personable with me. Turned on music to make me feel better. The Oral Surgeon was very nice had me in and out. Will be going back again for any of my dental/oral needs!!

When I walked in, my first impression was it was a very nice place. The front desk ladies helped me get situated very nice. They were nice and welcomed me. This facility worked with me on very short notice after a sudden referral from my dentist. They displayed excellency and professionalism in exracting my wisdom teeth rather quickly. I was in and out within an hour. Friendly and courteous staff, and Dr. Morris is an amazing doctor! He even gave me a call the evening of the surgery to personally check on me. Thank you for everything!

The main dentist guy was actually nice but it's the fact that if you have no dental insurance this place is very pricey! Even just to get one tooth pulled is like $500+ and it's sad that they looked disgusted when you asked if they take payments, sorry I don't have a privileged life like you working at a front desk.
