Dr. Blum is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he received first-rate training in all aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Blum completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency with UMDNJ. Dr. Blum has earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
A Colonel in the New Jersey Air National Guard, Dr. Blum is the New Jersey Acting Joint Surgeon and Air National Guard Assistant to the Air Force Dental Corps Chief. He is very proud of his military service and has over 37 years time in service to the Nation and the Great State of New Jersey.
Dr.Sigraduated from Roseman University of Health Sciences, UT with degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. She received advanced dental trainings in a General Practice Residency program with St. Lukes University Hospital, PA. Dr. Si enjoys reading novels, playing video games, shopping, and relaxing with her cats.
Registered Dental Hygienist; CPR certified. Leeann has been treating patients for over 20 years since graduating from Camden County Colleges dental hygiene program; Leeann joined the practice in 2010. She currently lives in Cherry Hill with her husband and daughter. Leeann is a life-long Phillies fan and likes to take pictures and scrapbook in her spare time.
Registered Dental Hygienist; CPR certified. Ashlee graduated Camden County Colleges dental hygiene program and joined the practice in October 2014. She likes to explore the outdoors and is always looking for a new trail to hike. She enjoys practicing yoga, with goals of becoming a yoga instructor to compliment her career as a hygienist. In her spare time, Ashlee likes to travel and plans to visit every state in the U.S.
Certified Dental Assistant; CPR certified. Natalie brings over 25 years of experience to the office. Her professionalism makes her patients relaxed and comfortable and allows the doctors procedures to flow smoothly. She lives in Mt. Laurel with her partner Karen. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, golfing, dancing, and traveling.
Certified/Registered Dental Assistant; CPR Certified; Alexis completed Dental Assistant Services education in 2013. She is a life-long Florence resident and enjoys being with family and friends, especially her son!
Dental Assistant; CPR Certified; Completed Dental Assisting program at Fortis Institute in Lawrenceville. Brittany is lifelong resident of Springfield Township, NJ. She loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with her two beautiful daughters. She loves to be outdoors every chance she gets .
Sterilization Tech; Kenzie is a Senior at Rancocas Valley H.S. and participates in the Work/Study program. You may see her cleaning/setting up rooms and sterilizing instruments. This experience may lead to a career in the dental field!
Office Manager/Registered Nurse; CPR certified. In addition to being Dr. Blums spouse, Trish is responsible for the daily office operations. She manages and coordinates all administrative and personnel functions. They have a son, Tyler, and she enjoys reading and traveling the world.
Administration/Dental Assistant/Licensed in dental radiology; CPR certified. Born and raised in Florence Twp., Jennifer has been with the practice since its inception in 2002. She is the first person that you will meet as she will greet you with her lovely smile and warm and welcoming personality. She manages the reception desk and also performs dental assisting duties. She lives in Eastampton with her husband, Ken, and two children, Jordan and Kenny, and Greater Swiss Mountain dog, Lando. In her spare time, Jennifer attends/coaches her childrens sports activities.

This is my family's favorite dentist! Leann and Dr. Lee always do a great job. They are very attentive, super kind, as well as gentle and thorough. My kids (6 and 3) also enjoy going to the dentist because of them! I recommend Florence Family Dental to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Nicole was awesome to call me when there was a cancellation so I can join the Florence family dental family. Leann did such a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Valencia has a great personality. The chair vibrates and has heat too! It's a dentist spa if ever I saw one. Very happy I found to go here.

Highly recommend Florence Family Dental. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Very little wait time. I was checked on by Angela and Dr. Lee and they were both very through, knowledgeable, and personable. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Blum was my wife's dentist way before I started going to see him. When I needed a new dentist, my wife had no reservations about recommending him. For the last 12 years, he has also been my dentist. I have never had a single problem and on the contrary, I fully truth them. Their staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I switched to Florence Family Dental a little over a year ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the staff is always wonderful as soon as you walk in the door. This visit I had Dr. Valencia and LeeAnn and both of them made going to the dentist enjoyable.

The best! Our family has been going here for many years and we are consistently satisfied!! The entire office staff are fantastic. They have very little turnover of employees which to me is a good sign. A very clean facility and welcoming environment!

As someone who has been to several different dental practices throughout my life, I can say with the utmost confidence that Dr. Blum is undoubtedly the best dentist I've had the pleasure of being a patient. His skill, professionalism, and care are beyond reproach. He filled two very difficult cavities for me and I could not be more pleased with the results. His vast experience and expertise is immediately apparent. I can't thank Dr. Blum enough for the level of care that he provides. I should also mention that my hygienist Angela was of similar esteem. She is friendly, courteous, and deftly skilled at providing top notch dental care. I can not recommend this practice enough. I will be a patient here and of Dr. Blum's for the foreseeable future. I'm so glad to not have to look for a dentist anymore, because I've found the best.
