Education Dr. Squire grew up on Long Island, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Vassar College. After then graduating from Georgetown University School of Dentistry, he completed a general practice residency, followed by a two year residency in prosthodontics at Kingsbrook Medical Center. As of late, he is teaching the current dental residents at Flushing Hospital on how to restore implants.
Commitment Dr. Squire has been practicing in Floral Park since 1985 and is committed to excellence. This attitude is central to his practice as he tries to ensure that all his patients have not only a rewarding experience but also the highest quality dentistry they deserve. Although he loves being a dentist, he does not like being a dental patient, which helps him understand patients fears and concerns. With this in mind, he does his best to ensure that patients are as comfortable as possible when they come to his office.
Background When Dr. Squire and his wife Roseann are not in the office they like to spend their time cooking, sailing, kayaking, hiking, gardening and playing with their dog, Sam. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, as well as the Nassau County Dental Association.

Dr Squire did an amazing job on my cavity, felt nothing at all & that's great for someone who dreads the dentist. I was in and out in 30 minutes which made the experience better then a dominos delivery. Highly recommend

Due to a bad experience years ago with another dentist and some recent health issues affecting my facial nerves, I have been delinquent about going to the dentist. I recently went to Dr. Squire and he handled my fears and my dental issues with great skill and care. He and the team there have no judgement on the condition of your teeth - only care, good instruction and the desire to make sure their patients have the very best dental health. So much so, I agreed to go ahead with two wisdom tooth extractions on my second visit because I felt so comfortable with Dr. Squire. He did the extractions quickly and with minor discomfort and much to my shock (and to my family and friends who saw how quickly I recovered from this) - I had very little pain, needed no prescription pain medication and was not out of commission for days afterwards like some others experience going through a tooth extraction. I'm grateful, not only for his experience and skill, but also for his "bedside manner" which helped ease my fear of dentists. They say that dental health is very important to your overall health - and I'm very relieved that I found the perfect dentist to help me achieve this.

I have been going to Dr. Squire for the last 7 years and I can say there's no better dentist around. His hygienists are the most friendly people and make you feel very comfortable even if you dislike going to the dentist (speaking from experience). Dr. Squire knows how to take care of patients, giving them an excellent service and giving you a good laugh! 6/5

A Pleasant, kind, & caring family dentistry practice. I highly recommend Dr. Squire for dental work and has a great sense of humor to boot! My family and I have been patients of Dr. Michael Squire since 2000. Since we have been with him, our oral health has been in optimum shape for each of us. So grateful to have a Dental practice that is caring and professional. Dr Squire and his team are honest, compassionate, and do great quality work. I don't love going to the Dentist (because drills and stuff) but I like mine and am not afraid to go back. 11/10 Would recommend.

Great office. Dr Squire is the best! He listens to your concerns and takes the time while working with you to figure out the best solution for any problem you might be experiencing. He is great at treating with Invisalign as well.
