I've been a patient of Dr. Floor for 30+ years. He is an excellent, caring, meticulous dentist. The cleaning I had 5 days ago with his new hygienist, Johanna, however, was very disappointing. She treated me condescendingly, as though I'd never had a cleaning before, promoted Oral B ( I use Philips SonicCare, as recommended by Dr. Floor) more than 4 times until I had to tell her to stop the basic hygiene lecture. Then she told me to use a water pick, which I do not need. The paste she used to polish my teeth was cinnamon-flavoured and revolting. I've conveyed all this to the office manager, and have been assured I'll not see this hygienist again. Normally I never post on-line reviews, but I've reminded to do so three times.

Hello, I am RDH myself and i lost my veneer last month. I saw Dr Floor and before i know he prepared my tooth for impression. It was a very smooth and delicate dentist appointment and I recommend my friends to have a dentist check up soon with Dr. Ted Floor's office.

Dr. Floor is awesome as usual, Judy did a great job cleaning my teeth (as usual) and Sarah drove me to the place where they are making my replacement tooth for the right color - who does that?!?! Thanks Sarah!!!

I have been going to Dr. Floor for many years. He and his staff provide excellent, compassionate care. I can't say enough about all of them. It isn't too often that a patient can say they look forward to going to the dentist. That is the case for me.

Dr. Shah was quick and impressive, he was clear in the steps he was undertaking and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. And he was pleasant to speak to as well. But as always the visit was pleasant and quick, cant recommend Floor Dental Group enough.

Whether it's for preventive care or procedures, Dr. Floor is the best. He is skilled, pleasant and attentive to your pain threshold.

I cannot recommend Dr Floor enough. I went to my dentist because I had an abscess who sent me to an endodontist who did a root canal. The periodontist in that office said I needed gum surgery, but I decided to see Dr Floor for a 2nd opinion. He told me there was a defect in the tooth and his belief was it needed to be extracted. The periodontist had missed this and agreed with Dr Floor. I will not be using any other dentists in the future. He is kind, truthful, responsive and obviously an expert in his field.

Dr Floor is the kind of DDS that everyone should experience. His patient population , has certainly had a very positive response regarding his knowledge, attentive listening , and his attention to detail. The office staff, front office and back office made me feel welcomed. I am a RDH and I worked only for a short time . But, I am very knowledgeable about positive energy. In conclusion they receive an A plus plus!
