I have done some soul-searchinglately, and have found that if I can wake up every day, for the rest of my life, and make that day about not just serving but becoming a servant, then I will be satisfied with my lifes journey.
My gift of being a dentist has allowed me to not only serve those individuals who can afford dentistry, but also those who cannot. Each person I am allowed to care for is important to me. I value the opportunity to meet with and learn from them, hearing their stories and sharing in their life experiences the good and the challenging and in the process forging a connection that transcends provider and patient.
I am particularly passionate that I see and care for generations of patients: grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren. I love that they feel confident and trust that my team and I will care for each of them, like family.
I have practiced dentistry for over 20 years. I was drawn to oral healthcare as it offered the opportunity to work one-to-one with people, educating and getting each excited about having and maintaining a radiant, healthy smile. Dr. Prost is a lifelong learner. He constantly seeks out continuing education that offers new ways to approach dentistry, implement technology, and advanced means to serve his patients. This pursuit of CE, through study clubs, as well as attending meetings, lectures, and seminars, allows him to provide patients with proven dental solutions that are designed to the individuals needs.
Dr. Prost is also a former instructor at the Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) homeless clinic. There, he worked with students from Midwestern University and the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health to provide life-changing care. In addition, he annually volunteers with Dentistry from the Heart: opening his practice to offer free dental services to the underserved in the community.
Dr. Prost has an unwavering belief in serving others. It is imperative, he feels, to utilize whatever skills and abilities one has been blessed with to help each other lead fuller, happier lives. In doing so, one strengthens and improves the community as a whole.
In addition to donating dental care, Dr. Prost financially supports many local organizations, especially those important to his patient family. His practice is also active with an annual backpack drive for local schools, a toy drive for Christmas, and numerous other community activities and organizations.
After growing up in Versailles, Indiana, along the Ohio River, and completing dental school in Indianapolis, Dr. Prost relocated to Arizona. He has resided in Peoria for almost 20 years and appreciates all the area offers.
He has two grown children, as well. His daughter Corrine graduated from Hillsdale College with a degree in American Studies. She played tennis for Hillsdale for four years and resides in Michigan with her husband Cole, and working as a ghostwriter. His son Ethan is currently enrolled at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, working on a business degree and playing tennis for the university.

Great staff they are so caring and attentive. Dr. Prost is a proactive doctor who really cares about his patients. My family and in-laws have gone to Fletcher Heights Dental for many years. I highly recommend their office! 2022, still trusting Dr. Prost with all of my dental work! Thank you.

Absolutely phenomenal experience, highly recommend this office. Dr. Prost and Nancy were exceptionally helpful. I had a painful broken tooth and when I called, Venessa got me in as soon as possible. I didn't have my dental insurance information handy so Nancy researched my insurance and providing me with options. Unfortunately my obscure insurance plan wouldn't work. Nancy insisted I still meet with Dr. Prost for a consultation at no cost. Dr. Prost examined my broken tooth and offered to file the sharp edges to relieve my pain. Dr. Prost did a great job in just moments. I was reluctant to accept their offer feeling I had already taken to much of their time, glad I did though. Nancy took a few moments to explain to me Dr. Prost's work in the neighborhood and community, offering special programs to those truly in need of services, very impressive. I saw the office was well staffed, clean and efficient, and everybody had a smile, a very pleasant working environment. THANK YOU DR. PROST AND STAFF, WELL DONE!!

I absolutely love these people. The whole staff go above and beyond in my opinion. The work I had done was spectacular. They call after procedures to check on you and to see if you have any questions. I like that they give back to the community. This is genuinely a great group of people. They make you feel like family. I will continue to visit regularly just because how great my experience has been. I sincerely thank each and everyone of you. After six visits now for misc work and whitening i have found a dentist to go to for the rest of my life. The professional manner and caring manner in which the dentist and his staff treat you is second to none. I enjoy the fact they have early morning hours and after a procedure Dr.. Prost personally calls you in the evening after a procedure to check on how you are feeling. His dedication to his profession is unheard of in this day and age!! The staff is very organized and extremely hygiene conscious about everything they do. The billing department sits down with you and goes over your cost in detail and will even work with you on getting the most coverage from your dental insurance. This place cares and that is refreshing to know every time you go in for a treatment. Dr. Prost also donates a major amount of his time to those in need for dental work and this says a lot about him and his staff! By far the best dentist in the Valley!!!!

I absolutely would recommend this dentist office to anyone, not only is the staff helpful, friendly, but they make you feel welcome are willing to work out payment plans and they dont treat you as "some patient", dr.prost is awsome!

Was a patient here for a few months. After first visit they said my husband and I needed a total of 5 grand of work done saying I had 8 cavities and my husband had 15. Understandably expensive for most people I went to a friend who's dentist office had been rated number 1 in Maricopa county for the past 3 years and I had 1 cavity and my husband had 4. We paid a grand total of 250 dollars at a Scottsdale high class office. We should have just gone here in the first place but its quite a drive for us so we tried Fletcher Heights Dental care out because we could walk there. I'm still thinking about how sick a business has to be to charge people for unnecessary dental surgery. It's super unethical. Steer clear of these con artists.

Fabulous everything. As much as I hate having my teeth worked on, they make it easy. Communicative, friendly and fun, this is definitely the best dentist I've ever been to. Happy to recommend them.

Follow up to my post about overcharging and recommending unnecessary work - a month after I paid $550 (plus $500+ from my insurance company), the crown fell out and having to get a new one made from a more competent dentist!

SO overpriced. overcharged for everything. help yourself and go get a second opinion. they told me I had many cavities that I did not even have. got one cavity filled and was in pain for over 3 months.

Worst experience ever!!!! Save yourself money and aggravation ! this dentist is the worst - stay away! So glad i went for a second opinion because we found he was $100's of dollars more then the other dentist ! Couldnt believe the blatant over charging!

So I will be the first to admit that I completely ruined my mouth. My daughter had a ortho appointment next door at E&S and I had a severely infected tooth that had cracked. My dentist was closed at the time so I walked next door. Within 15 minutes of just walking in I was in a chair with Dr. Prost numbing me up. The tooth had to be surgically removed and he did so on the spot without a appointment and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Upon the follow up appointment we realized that I sneezed a little to hard and tore a hole in my sinus cavity. Again without hesitation he fixed the issue and with no pressure to do so mind you (that's a jab at the negative reviews that I find un founded). Even went as far as getting ahold of my insurance to find out what they cover and what they dont so they can tailor make my treatment schedule to be not only affordable but as painless as possible. Needless to say my entire family and friends will know how amazing I was treated by Dr. Prost, his assistant Dee, and by his hygienist Tiffany. If I could give more them 5 stars I would. Thank you again Dr. Prost and staff you have not only earned a patient but a friend and my trust.
