After graduating from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 1988, Dr. Fakhrzadeh moved back to New Jersey to raise his family and his practices in the central NJ area. With more than 26 years of experience in delivering the highest quality dental care, Dr. Fakhrzadeh keeps updated in all advances being made in dentistry by particapting in continuing education courses. He has also completed a year long Maxi Implant Course offered by Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and has held membership in both the Academy of General Dentistry and Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Amirgraduated Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors) from Boston University in 2014 where he was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, dental honors society. After dental school he joined his father in private practice as a general dentist before going on to completehis specialty training in Periodontics at Rutgers University.He haslectured to dentists, other specialists, dental students, and staff on the topics of Periodontal and Implant Surgery, Digitial Dentistry, and Dental Biomaterials and has received numerous awards includingthe International Congress of Oral Implantologists Student Award as well as severalresearch grants for his innovative work in the field of oral implantology. His primary interests include spending time with his family, friends and providingthe best possiblecare to his patients toupholdthe fantastic reputation his father has built in New Jersey.
