At the Invisalign lab, technicians will create your set of fully-customized aligners for your treatment plan. Once they are ready, you will return to our dental office in Mount Vernon, NY, for a fitting. Your dentist will ensure the aligners fit your teeth comfortably and provide instructions for your Invisalign treatment.
Your aligners must be worn 20 to 22 hours every day. After about two weeks, you'll switch to the next set. It is important to maintain your oral health during this time and brush and floss regularly. To ensure your Invisalign treatment is going according to plan, you'll visit our dental office periodically so we can monitor your orthodontic progress and make any adjustments, if needed.
Now that you've achieved a radiant smile, it's time to maintain it. The last thing we want is for your teeth to shift out of place or become crooked again. It is extremely important to wear your last set of aligners or a pair of retainers to sleep every night. This ensures that your teeth stay in the correct position and prevent the need for retreatment in the future. Patients must stay on top of their routine dental visits and practice good oral hygiene at home.

It was 7pm and I was in so much tooth pain, I looked online for local dental offices. Never thinking they would even be open, I called and Lia answered the phone and told me to come right in! That was about 10 years ago and I am still a big fan of Dr Stein, Luisa, Mariella, Lia and the rest of his staff. They are the best of the best. Professional, friendly and accommodating, I would recommend Fleetwood dental 200%!

My first cleaning experience at this facility was very uncomfortable. The cleaning was very harsh. My gums bled the entire time during this procedure. This has never happened in the past.

Maybe a good Dentist, but don't let him touch your veneers. Was visiting local+needed veneer put back on before New Years. Came back off within 2 weeks. Didn't want it redone wrong a 2nd time. So i'm out the money + got it redone back home in Albany.

I would like to thank Fleetwood Dental for taking care of me when I couldn't find a dentist due to the pandemic. I was in severe pain, and Dr. Stain gave me an appointment. He was a godsend. Dr. Stain is professional, patient, considerate, concerned and prompt. He made me feel comfortable and was so kind. He took care of me, and I am happy to say that I have a new dentist that I trust.

I cannot thank Dr Stein enough for seeing me during these trying times for a toothache he is the only one out of 37 dentists to call me back for an appointment. He is caring, polite and price was very fair and reasonable. Dr Stein will be seeing me in the future for dental work.

After more than 20 years of not going to the dentist I finally got the courage to seek treatment and I selected Dr Stein from his good reviews on several boards. I told him I hadn't seen a Dentist for more than 20 years and we started with smaller treatments. Dr Stein worked me through my fear of dentist with empathy and care. He is skilled at what he does, he cares about the treatment he is giving, he is calm and understanding, no judgment and he is incredibly patient. From having an extreme fear of dentist I am now at a place where I actually enjoy going to the dentist (only Dr Stein though) as he always make sure I feel good. He is reliable and trustworthy. His staff are also vey pleasant and always happy to assist. I can only give Dr Stein the highest rating and my full recommendation. If you have small or big issues he will be the right Dr for you. Dr Stein has made a big difference in my life and he can for you too.
