You should have a comprehensive dental and periodontal examination regularly, which includes a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. We use the findings from our examination to formulate a complete diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plan for you, incorporating your needs and wishes.

Dr. Richard Reddy retired from our practice on August 29th, 2019. Dr. Reddy founded Fleetwood Dental 43 years ago with the idea that good dentistry isnt good enough. He wanted to deliver exceptional dental care to his patients and the Fleetwood community.

After 43 years of dedication to our patients, the practice, and the Fleetwood community, Dr. Reddy has moved on to the next phase of his life. As Dr. Reddys favorite quote states, If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants. We are fortunate enough to stand on Dr. Reddys shoulders, continuing his legacy of excellent dental care for years to come.

On behalf of the entire Fleetwood Dental Team, we would like to thank Dr. Reddy for sharing our mission in delivering relationship patient-centered dentistry and helping patients to achieve optimal dental health and wellness.

Dr. Lee continues to be a life long learner herself and constantly keeps herself abreast of dental advancements by committing to hundreds of hours of advanced dental education. She is an active member of thePankey Institute,American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), andAmerican Equilibration Society (AES), and other courses for advanced education.

Dr. Lee has advanced knowledge and training in the TMJ, Disorders of the TMJ (TMD), bite disorders, and Sleep Apnea. She continues to expand her knowledge in this field because she feels passionate about Dentistry based on the relationship of the Jaw Joint, Muscles, and Occlusion (teeth). Dr. Lee provides preventative, cosmetic and implant dentistry, TMJ therapy. She approaches dentistry with precision, accuracy, and artistic perspective.

Dr. Lee began her journey with thePankey Instituteand her experience has changed her life both professionally and personally. The Pankey Institute allowed her to incorporate many invaluable skills and knowledge to build a better practice for her patients and create a more fulfilling understanding of a balanced life with her career and with her family. The Pankey motto, Quid, Pro Quo, remains very strong in Dr. Lees core beliefs and she truly values giving back to her community and in dentistry. As a faculty member at the Pankey Institute, Dr. Lee is inspired to carry out the Pankey mission of building a supportive community of learners and inspire dental professionals. Dr. Lee is actively involved with giving back to her community. She is committed to volunteering between (610) 944-9771 hours of service per year, both in dentistry and in her community combined.

Dr. Rechlicz is a native of North Eastern Pennsylvania, originally from Montrose Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Scranton in Biology before continuing his education and receiving his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University.

Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Rechlicz completed a year long general practice residency program at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. There he received advanced training in all aspects of dentistry including dental implants, oral surgery, periodontics, cosmetic, prosthodontic, pediatric, endodontic, and emergency dentistry.

More locally, Dr. Rechlicz has been involved in the Mission of Mercy in Pennsylvania (MOM-N-PA) dental mission, which provided dental care to those in need in Reading in 2019, and Wilkes-Barre in 2020. He is also involved in several dental societies including the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rechlicz enjoys spending time with his fianc, Samantha, and their rescue dog, Reese. He enjoys all things outdoors including running, swimming, hiking, biking, surfing, and skiing. Most recently he has been training to compete in his first triathlon.

Ashlee has been in the dental field for ten years. She started as a dental assistant where she obtained her x-ray certification and an associates degree in applied sciences. She wanted to grow in the dental field which pushed her to become a receptionist, treatment coordinator, and office manager. Ashlee has been managing offices for the last 6 years.

Originally from Moscow, Russia Annie attended Northampton Community College and has been a dental hygienist with Fleetwood Dental since 2017. She strives to ensure our patients always feel 100% informed and comfortable during their visit. She enjoys educating and helping patients overcome their dental fears. Annie is currently licensed to administer local anesthetic and has experience providing periodontal treatment. She looks forward to joining Dr.Reddy this February for her first dental mission trip to Jamaica.

Cheryl has been practicing dental hygiene for 33 years, becoming a valuable part of this dental family in 2008. She brings with her many years of periodontal experience. Cheryl has two children: Megan, who is moving to Austin, TX; and Kenny who is staying local!

Pamela has been a caring and gentle dental hygienist at Fleetwood Dental for over the past 9 years. She received her dental hygiene and local anesthesia license in 2010 after graduating from MCCC. She loves being apart of a team that is so passionate and knowledgeable.

Sheena is the Head Dental Assistant at Fleetwood Dental, ensuring that the office is OSHA and CDC compliant. She graduated from dental assistant school at the Dental Training Center in Exton in 2005 and loved dentistry so much that she continued her education, graduating from Harcum College in 2008 as an EFDA. Sheena is passionate about improving patients' lives!

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, Liam and Scarlett, and her husband of 5 years, Mike. She also enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors and being active. Sheena is always smiling or emitting her signature contagious laughter in the office!

Tami has been employed at our practice since 1994 and is a registered Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). This is the highest certification a dental assistant can obtain. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. Tami is a graduate of Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota.

She and her husband Jim have two children, Andrea and Scott. The family also includes Izzy, their standard poodle. Tami enjoys golfing, gardening, fishing, piano and sewing. She looks forward to visiting with family a couple of times each year back in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

Brielle moved from New Jersey a couple of years ago after graduating Dental Assisting School in Tomsriver NJ, to start her dental career here in Pennsylvania. Brielle has been part of our Fleetwood dental team for over a year now, and she continues to strive to grow in the field. When Brielle is not working, she enjoys visiting her home town in New Jersey, spending time with her family and friends. Brielles goal is to become an EFDA (Expanded functional dental assistant) and grow in her dental career.
