First impression walking into the reception area & waiting room: is this a modern farmhouse themed Airbnb or an endodontist office? Definitely felt a little out of place, then again, I'm not quite their target customer. But I do hope there was a sale at Michael's when the decor was selected. I have Medicaid, and the out of pocket cost of a root canal from their office versus the covered procedure at my dentist was my main concern during my evaluation. Dr. Perrins and the dental assistant were both excellent. Dr. Perrins empathized with me, answered my questions patiently and clearly, and offered some unique treatment options that could possibly be advantageous to my financial situation. Unfortunately at reception while checking out, the service was a sharp turn down from what I had expected, especially after the quality of treatment I received prior. With my treatment options, I was given two different price quotes. I had a couple of standard questions about the differences between them. The dark haired receptionist on the left, I believe her name is Deedra, answered my questions rudely in a short, impatient and annoyed manner. I was just seeking a little clarity, yet she responded defensively and aggressively, like she was trying to argue with me. Once I got the clarification needed I just wanted to get out of there. Even upon saying goodbye, she had animosity in her tone. I'm not sure why she would treat a customer like that. A little kindness and patience will go a long way, especially when a person is in a sensitive financial situation, and deciding whether or not to do hundreds of dollars worth of business with them a second time. Overall it was an okay experience. Very good dental professionals, but strangely made to feel like I was a burden and annoyance to the front desk, right before paying them $300. Lastly if you are considering using their 'payment plan' provider, Care Credit, be sure to google them. There are many horror stories of deceptive business practices in online reviews.

The Best!! Dr.Perrins is quick, kind, efficient, articulate and just so nice!! I would have never thought a trip to the dentist could be an upside to the week!

Dr. Seth was amazing today. I was in a lot of pain and he got me in fast with a tricky problem, an infected tooth inside a bridge. My experience was pain free and he was able to fix the tooth. Great job and thanks again!

I sure can't say enough GOOD THINGS about Dr. Reed and Flathead Endodontics ! He is top notch and it went so well .. Definitely recommend to others!

Had a root canal done by Dr. Reed. I am very impressed. He's very personable and professional. Explained everything well, answered all my questions. I'm a bit phobic about needles, and I can honestly say it was pain free! It's been 2 days now and no pain after, either. I couldn't have asked for a better procedure. Thank-you! (Highly recommend!)

Dr. Reed and staff did a great job. I was very leary walking in being a root canal virgin but the process was surprisingly painless (except that damn cold blast on my adjacent molar ). Tooth ALREADY (24 hrs) feels fabulous! Thanks again but not looking forward to seeing you again any time soon

From the moment you walk in the experience is an A+. Dr Reed has an amazing bedside manner. Even though I was terrified he was able to walk me through it. Ive had fillings rougher than this root canal. World class treatment available in Montana. Worth the drive.

I had to go in for an emergency root canal. Not only did Flatead Endodontics make it a piority to get me in the same day for my comfort, but Dr Reed is amazing. He was so empathetic to my situation. The whole procedure was relaxing, I almost fell asleep and I did not have any drugs to help. Thank you Dr Reed and Flathead Endodontics for making the task enjoyable!

Dr Reed knew of my phobia ahead of time and immediately put me at ease. He checked with me periodically making sure that I was comfortable. The root canal was done before I knew it and he did such a great job. So thankful!

I got a root canal, and I think I actually might have enjoyed the experience! The staff here are wonderful, they make sure you are completely comfortable, they calm any nerves or anxiety. Before coming here I had a terrible fear of the dentist, but not anymore! Amazing experience, and I'm very, very grateful for them.
