I have seriously never had a better experience with a dentist. I needed tons of dental work and Dr. Olcott has spent the last year making me love my smile again. The assistants and hygienists are always kind. For once, I don't feel overwhelmed or nervous for a dental visit. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

Very Bad! Got mad at me over the phone trying to set up an appointment while trying to understand insurance information. Do not recommend anyone goes here, lady needs to be fired from her job! Rude and inconsiderate!

Do not bring pediatric patients to this office. They will expect you to leave your child in the back while you wait in the waiting room. Please clarify when you make your appointment.

Absolutely disrespectful to parents of disabled people and to my intellectually disabled son. Told me the doc likes all parents to stay out of the room . I insisted. Then they moved me across hall, proceeded to try and make me go to front office.If this doc helps 'so many with disabilities' then none of this b.s.would have happened. They would allow us close to ourkids.Do Not go here if you have disabled children!!!

Office doesn't call back. Refuses to refer my child to an orthodontist that is closer than Charlotte. Completely unreasonable. In response to your reply, funny you say it's out of network when the orthodontist I requested is the same one that his siblings go to. It was not an insurance issue. It's your office that has the issue with orthodontists in this area. Had multiple conversations regarding this with you.

After reviewing a few previous 1 star ratings I can definitely see a pattern. I have been waiting over a year for fillings and wisdom tooth removal. After my first referral to SC for wisdom tooth extraction I learned the surgical office no liver was accepting referrals from this office. They were also trying to send me to UNC for dental procedures they do not offer, I had figured this out after months of back and forth and them making me call to figure this out for myself. Now most recently the doctor has cancelled on me 3 or 4 times in the past few months from anything from illness to Covid shot complications. If you have ANY options DO NOT GO HERE. Now just to clarify the issues with that they choose to reply are confusing. The dental surgeons office always accepted my insurance I was specifically told by them they no longer take YOUR patients. This can only reflect on yourself when you are not allowed to refer to a dental surgeon, and still choose to refer people there. As for all the other complaints would you like to let the internet know about the hole I have in my tooth because you refused to do my fillings because my disability was to much of an inconvenience for you to work around. Which was not having to be in the chair for over an hour and a half which by no means seems unreasonable.

Awful. Constantly canceling appointments, almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and the dentist is highly unprofessional. Seriously, don't go here and try Biltmore Family Dental in Asheville. They accept Medicaid and the service is so much better.

Dr Olcott did a beautiful job on my husbands front tooth.Can't even tell that it was chipped Great office and staff !!

my critical followup appointment slot was given to another patient because the front desk did not read their voicemail where i had left return confirmation that i would be there. it was during covid lockdown. when i finally had the courage to go back 6 monthz later she treated me like i had done something wrong. she listens to heavy metal and laughs and makes small talk with assistants while supposedly performing major dental prpcedures. she yelled at me duringi a root canal when i said i couldnt swallow. when i finally managed to remove the blockage caused by bits of the latex from an impression she ordered during same procedure, some water went out my mouth. dr alcott then proceeded to stand up amd kick me out of her office. in the middle of a root canal. the worst part is that i have nowhere else i can go for treatment with the only insurance i can afford. and dr alcott is sure to remind people of this fact at every visit. i really believe i would have been treated better by a veterinarian.

Worst experience ever, they took my old dentures made new ones incorrectly. I was told I was paid in full then a year later tells me I owe a balance.Teeth still not right. Stay away this place was a waste of time and money.

They are awesome! I love the dentist! I'm at ease with what I'm doing right not bashed on for what I do wrong. Great Dentist! Great pointers for what should do. Very smart dentist! I love these guys and I been seeing them for a few years. !

Great staff and good service! I especially enjoyed the tips they gave me regarding teeth protection, and I definitely recommend this dentistry!
