Dr. Sherry Padgett has one goal as the owner of Flat Creek Family Dentistry- to provide her patients with the best dental experience and results possible. Along with her compassionate team, Dr. Padgett treats each one of her patients with the same care and compassion she would give to her own family. She considers it her mission to change the way people think about dentistry.

After receiving her dental degree from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in 1999, Dr. Padgett continued her studies in a General Practice Residency at The Cleveland Clinic. While there, she learned advanced techniques in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, as well as received extensive training in working with medically compromised patients. Dr. Padgett worked in private practice for 4 years in Cleveland, OH after her residency before then moving to Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to working in private practice in Atlanta, she was the medical/dental director and national spokesperson for Brite Smile teeth whitening company for 7 years.

Dr. Padgett has been married to her high school sweetheart, Rob, since 2004. They moved to Peachtree City in 2010 to start Flat Creek Family Dentistry and raise their two daughters, Kelsi and Kenzi. During her free time, Dr. Padgett enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, playing golf, and socializing with friends and family.

In 2014, Dr. Padgett was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She did not let chemotherapy, a double mastectomy nor radiation take away her positive spirit, and she rang the bell to show completion of her treatment on May 27, 2015. Due to this experience, Dr. Padgett considers it her calling to help others during their own cancer struggles.

Dr. Padgett enjoys taking numerous continuing education courses to stay current with the changing dynamics of dentistry. In addition, she is a member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, Hinman Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Kim Burk is a graduate of the Dental College of Georgia (formerly Medical College of Georgia). Since graduation, she has been working in private practice where she does a variety of procedures including but not limited to crowns, implant crowns, veneers, bridges, fillings, extractions, dentures, and partials.

Dr. Burk is a member of the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Hinman Dental Society. She loves attending the annual Hinman Dental Meeting to stay up to date on all the latest advancements in dentistry. She has an interest in facial injectables and is certified to administer Botox and Dermal Fillers.

In dental school, she traveled to Gonaives, Haiti, to perform dental work in a remote area that has no access to dental care. While there, she enjoyed learning about the culture of Haiti and interacting with all the wonderful, kind people. She left filled with a sense of gratitude because she was able to use her skills to alleviate dental pain from numerous people.

Kim is very health conscious and believes in the importance of taking care of the entire body to achieve an optimal state of well-being. In her free time, Kim enjoys a good pilates class, spending time with her husband, Marcus, and playing with her three dogs: Georgia (French Bulldog), Bailey (Chocolate Lab), and Ellie Mae (American Staffordshire Terrier).She is also an avid traveler! Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is her favorite U.S. travel spot. Some of her top international travel destinations include France, Thailand, Israel, and Costa Rica.

Dr. Jacqueline Delash is a native of Griffin, Georgia and has an innate passion for both education and dentistry. Growing up, she spent her formative years working in her mothers dental laboratory assisting in making dental casts, waxing teeth, and crowns. It was from this early experience that she knew dentistry was her calling. Upon graduating from The Dental College of Georgia, Dr. Delash continued her education with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program from NYU Langone in Atlanta, Ga. Her focus was on treating medically complex patients in all areas of dentistry: fillings, crowns, dentures, extractions, root canals, oral and inhalation sedation, and oral cancers. Through her residency training, Dr. Delash became aware of the negative effects of sleep apnea on a patients overall and dental health, and this served as the impetus to her becoming specialized in dental sleep medicine as a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (D. ABDSM).

Dr. Delash has spent her career as both a dental educator and in private practice. She is a dental journal reviewer, and has published manuscripts and photography in referred dental journals. Dr. Delash continues to serve as Adjunct Faculty at the Dental College of Georgia, Department of Restorative Sciences and Adjunct Faculty at the Medical College of Georgia, Department of Pulmonology.

Lisa has been a devoted hygienist since 1984. She is happily married with two boys who are heavily involved in soccer. She enjoys traveling the Southeast supporting the boys, and running around Peachtree City on the cart paths. You never know where you might see her!

Kelley graduated from Columbus Technical College in 2002, where she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene. She started her dental career in pediatric dentistry and enjoys patients of all ages. Kelley lives in Newnan with her husband Todd. They have two adult daughters and a grandson. During her spare time, Kelley enjoys spending time with family and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons.

Sharon graduated in 1993 from Clayton State College and has worked in the same office since September 1993. Sharon is married, and has two children, and currently four dogs. She lives in Woolsey on a farm that has cows and chickens. Sharon loves the outdoors and her goal is to hike every mountain in Georgia. She loves volleyball and stays very active. Her goal for her patients is to have the best dental health they can achieve. She wants every patient to have a positive and painless dental experience.

Kristin was born and raised in Peachtree City, Ga. She was previously a patient at Flat Creek Family Dentistry and loved the atmosphere so much she decided to seek a job here. She is a 2016 graduate from the Dental Hygiene program at Darton State College. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her friends and family and Goldendoodle, Tucker. Her goal is to give all of her patients quality care with gentle, yet thorough visits.

Lisa Graduated from Western Pennsylvania Health and Technology in 1986 as a Certified Dental Assistant. Lisa is a family oriented person who has a daughter who was born in 1995 and a grandson who was born in 2015. Outside of dentistry, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends to include spoiling her grandson, camping, campfires and good food.

Holly was born in Greenville, SC but moved to Newnan and has called it home for 29 years. She has two sons that keep her very busy. Holly started her dental career 21 years ago and has always had a passion for helping others create the smile they love. In her free time you will find her on a baseball field somewhere cheering on her boys.

Stephanie grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. She stays super busy with her 2 children at swim meets and soccer games. Stephanie enjoys swimming and hiking with her family, and ending the evening with a good bonfire. Little fun fact. In addition to being a dental assistant, she has been a licensed EMT since 2015.
