Seems like the entire company takes after the new owner, too heavy and absolutely no sense of compassion for those who work for him. Completely enables the companies failing employees and continues to lose contracts across the board! No accountability for the errors they commit. Seems as tho Josh surrounds himself with "yes" men. He obviously isn't interested in advancing his father's company. He's a self centered entitled bitter soul. And the Flamemaster Corp. Will fall to other companies like PPG who actually treat their employees with dignity and respect. Wages for the employees there are under failing close to hitting the Fairness Act of California. We will see.
