Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I've been coming here for 3 years. They've always been so helpful, even when I had a weekend emergency once! Love the people, love the environment. 10/10 would recommend!

Worst dental appointment of my life. Came in with my face swollen and in pain. We went threw the X-rays no problem they determined that I need a root canal. Gave me 3 shots and they were extremely uncomfortable. He said I would be fine in a little bit. 20 minutes later I told them it was worst then when I came in. Gave me 3 more shots . I was numb so they started the root canal. They told me if I have any pain to raise my hand. Started out ok little pain but I was fine. Then he hit a nerve and Sent me thru the roof. Gave me another shot and it got worse after that. I think they gave me 4 or 5 more shots and the doctor said he gave me enough to do my whole month but it still was extremely painful. Said he could stop a button it up and do it later if I would like. I figured I went threw this much pain it surly can't get worse wrong drop the drill on my front tooth no apologie seem to be bothered with me being in pain. Finished the root canal said they would fit me for my crown but never did. Got clean up stood up and was in more pain then I have ever had with my teeth. Felt sick and got to the trash can and started dry heaving. They went to get the doctor and he said it was because of the infection. Told them this was the worst visit I have ever had they did not seem to concern about it. I will take my x-rays and go some were else for my crown. They didn't seem to be to compassionate about the pain I went threw. Seem worried about being on schedule for the next victim.

This was my son's 1st and last visit. He is 23. He said they were very unpleasant and that the cleaning was extremely painful and quick, nowhere near the professional and high standards of our regular dentist in Goodyear. They asked him if he wanted fluoride. He messaged and asked me and I said no, so he told them no. I called and spoke with Nick to make payment and he was VERY rude and short with me saying that we owed him $94 instead of the quoted $59. He said that they gave him fluoride. I said they didn't. He said over and over that they did and they wouldn't charge for a service not provided. My son went back in there, I called Nick at the same time and he spoke with someone and came back saying he, in fact, did NOT get the fluoride. He clearly tried to charge for services not rendered. Thankfully, this was a simple visit as I surely would NOT trust them in the future. He will not be returning.

Amazingly friendly staff. Very gentle with cleaning. I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to fear but now I'm looking forward to coming back. Can't recommend this team enough!

They were the only ones in all of Flagstaff that accepted my dental insurance (Solstice "Essential Smile 311" which I got through healthcare.gov) so I had no other option but to go here. I normally go to places based on reviews and extensive research, so didnt know what to expect. I Really HATE going to the dentist, have had many bad experiences in the past that still effect my teeth today. But I had to go here because I lost a front tooth crown and made an emergency appointment for the next day. From the moment I checked in, I felt comfortable, everyone was very nice. I saw Dr Mostafa Hedayat, and from the get go, you can tell that he loves his job, he is professional, has a great bed side manner, was very gentle, compassionate, thorough, explained all my options, and was even funny (the first dentist to EVER make me laugh!) It also didnt hurt that he is easy on the eyes :) My missing tooth was not an easy fix, when I lost the front tooth, it removed the entire post. So it was incredibly difficult to put a temporary in and have it stay. Dr Mostafa wouldnt give up though, even after a couple tries and the temporary not staying in place. He even stayed an hour past the end of his shift working on my tooth! It was his mission to make sure that I didnt leave without a temporary tooth in place that day no matter how long it took (this was right before Labor Day Weekend!) His tenacity and determination paid off because he got a temporary tooth to stay in by some miracle!! Its been 9 days and its staying put (we were hoping that it would just stay in for the Holiday Weekend!) So needless to say, I am super happy. I'd give Dr Mostafa even more stars if I could :)

I've been going here for about two years now. For a long time, I just felt like I couldn't afford to get my teeth fixed, and after my first visit, they help me realize it was a reality. Dr. Medina has been a such a blessing in the process! From doing great work to being super kind and generous to help me afford it, he's a great Dentist and this is a great Dentist Office!

Once again they have charged me for "Oral hygiene instructions" 90$ for someone telling me how to brush my teeth? I have full insurance for everything every time except when I come here. Don't come here if you don't want to get charged for random made up stuff.

Would not recommend this office if you are experiencing any kind of dental emergency- they rushed me through my whole visit and told me nothing was wrong, even though I am experiencing severe pain. Dr. Mease was also terribly rude and couldn't even pretend to be slightly interested in helping me. The front desk and dental assistant I dealt with were very nice but I won't be returning. update: Saw another dentist who confirmed that something IS wrong and has escalated to needing a root canal. So disappointed and blown away at how I was treated at this office and how this was just dismissed.

Dr. Medina, and his staff (especially Chelsea) are nothing short of amazing! I am a very anxious dental patient from the minute I walk through the front door, and they make me feel at ease, comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Medina is the BEST in my books! He is knowledgeable, caring, fast, and extremely efficient. Thank you for creating an environment where I can know my needs are met with compassion, and understanding. Had to walk out with no treatment due to predatory pricing by one of their "specialists" charging double the going rate for a root canal. Dentist I dealt with (Hedayat) was fine and explained everything about the current state of my mouth and treatment. They sent in a front desk girl to go over pricing. Prices seemed like the upper end of manageable, other than the "specialist" who was gouging. Unfortunately, dentist and front desk staff had no discretion over the predatory pricing so I had to walk with no treatment. All the other work I had no issue with the pricing....but it's all behind the root canal so they lost thousands of $$$ over "specialists" greed. Time to shop tooth Yankers.

My experience with this place has been great. Front desk is very welcoming and always gets me in quickly. My teeth needed a lot of help when I came here and they did a wonderful job cleaning them and replacing my old bridge. Dr Medina is great and I am very happy with my results. I will definitely be returning here.

The girls at the front desk are great. The Dr's have little to no bedside manners. The billing department likes to double charge your insurance even if you pay all of the copays up front. These 2 stars are for the great people at the front desk.

I appreciate the exceptional customer service from start to end. I had multiple appointments and each was consistent with their level of great service. Dr Medina was the best! He took time to explain my procedures and answered all my questions, he was very personable and helpful. Also Javier is amazing, he was very caring and thoughtful. Thank you, to all the staff, for doing a great job! I would highly recommend this place!
