This is the best dentist practice I have ever had. I have to say every staff member is amazing. I have experienced different hygienists and dentists, and all of them are pretty fab! They go above and beyond to give you the best experience and care. I am a nervous patient and have been coming here for over seven years, and I really would not go anywhere else. I am now working with them on TMJ issues and I feel in the best hands possible.

I love Downtown Dental! I suffer from dental anxiety and everyone at the practice does everything possible to make my experience comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Bacon, Keen, and the other team members.

Everyone in the office is very pleasant and professional. Office is run very efficiently. There is no wasted time but I also did not feel the least bit rushed.

The mask policy is inappropriate at this facility. The staff was polite and professional but are using their work place to make a political statement.

I had a great experience with Dr. Stowell! I got in right away for my chipped tooth and it looks perfect! Dr Stowell was so patient and thorough. Highly recommend!

I've been going here since I first moved to Flagstaff a couple of years ago and everyone has been so kind and caring. Angel is amazing and somehow always makes me feel comfortable and like I've known her for ages. No one likes going to the dentist, but at least I don't dread it anymore :)

This place is really growing on me. I just had the most thorough and gentlest cleaning ever in the 20 plus years I've been undergoing dental care. Lots of options for numbing! Also, I really like the breakdowns and estimates that have been provided for me and the convenience of text notifications for appointments and confirmations.
