every time my grandkids have had an appointment, they worked with me to see them both at the same time and the days (before noon) that I am able to take them. The staff is always very friendly. Now with this virus, they are extremely cautious, which I am thankful for. They all do a great job. Thank You everyone at Flagstaff Dentistry 4 Kids!!!

I really like this dentist for my daughter. They're super nice and gentle to the kids that come in. The drs are patient and work with the kids who have some fear about the dentist. I would totally recommend to anyone@

Our son had a very painful tooth that required multiple visits and a lot of work. Dr. Maccaro, Dr. Jordan, and all the staff were very kind and compassionate which helped us through a tough time. We definitely plan to continue with them for our children's' dental care.

I have been bringing my son here for around 4 years and they have been great however our last visit has made me seek another dentist. I took him in for his 6 month checkup and cleaning. Our appt was at 4:30 and they didnt take us back until almost 5. He got xrays and was put in a chair. The dentist looked in his mouth and flossed between 4 bottom front teeth. The tech put something on his teeth with instructions to not eat or drink for 30 minutes and we were rushed out. No cleaning. We were completely done in 10 minutes. Not near enough time to do the complete job.

Good God. Horrendous experience. This is a chop shop taking advantage of immigrants with gov insurance! It is run like a factory! They have an unqualified staff, they fail to notify you that your children are having their teeth cleaned by someone who is NOT A LICENSED DENTAL HYGIENIST. They injured my son's gums. The so-called manager refused to give us the full names of the owner and worker who hurt my son. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!

Quick access to an appointment, staff were friendly and patient with my toddler. Explained things to him and gave him a chance to receive care "on his terms" to the best of their ability.

Absolutely great experience with everyone at Flagstaff Dentistry 4 Kids!!! If I could give a million stars I would. They put my kids at ease and made their 1st experience at the dentist a fantastic one. They really connected with my kids. They talked to them about what they were going to do and put it into words that they could understand. My kids are looking forward to their next appointment and CAN'T wait for it! Thank you all!!!!

Went to 2 dentists for my son. Needless to say the other two places were horrible in patient care. He is autistic and needs special care. So happy with this place. Loved the staff. They got to my son very quickly and he was so happy speaking to everyone. It was such a night and day experience compared to the previous 2 places combined. This place blew them both out of the water. Would highly recommend!!

My daughter is very anxious anytime she goes to the dentist, the staff and providers are always warm, caring and understanding. They always make sure she is as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

This clinic is greedy for the he money and fail their professions according to CMS.gov they failed to provide written procedure with prices on it prior to the treatment.I don't know if my son's treatment is necessary or not. I don't know what the assistant was doing, they fail to tell me what material was putting on my son if it is necessary or what choices I have. They even fail to provide me price statement when I requested one she denial it. Because it is under 30 mins treatments and cost me $$$$$$$. That's when all my questions emerged while walked out the clinic.

We were in and out in 15 minutes. The staff were so nice and efficient, My daughter is usually more shy And they were so accommodating and friendly. So grateful to have this in Flagstaff!

Poor experience from the first phone call to leaving the building after our appointment. Front desk receptionists rude on the phone and inperson. Witnessed them harassing a family for having a medical reason for not wearing a mask. No matter what your beliefs are on the matter that is NOT OK. At least 2 of the receptionists had horrible attitudes and cant believe they would talk to customers that way. We waited at least 30 to get called back only for the dentist to look at my child's teeth, brush a portion of her teeth, and put fluoride on a portion of her teeth, she brushes her teeth far better than the did. Altogether they spent less than 2 minutes on her teeth and who knows how much they charged my insurance. The only pro I have to say is the hygienist and dentist were nice and showed an exceptional interaction with mi child.

Although the office is small, they get the job done! This is a quaint and lovely place to have your children's dental work completed, and the staff is wonderful! The office manager and hygienist took great care of both me and my daughter.
