I was nervous at first because it was my first ever surgery. The nurses and Dr. G handled me with care. Would recommend this place!

No pain after surgery without medications. Bleeding stopped after two days. Very satisfied.

I will start with Dr. Kienle, he has the greatest bedside manner of any healthcare professional, I have had the occasion to be in consultation with. He is kind, considerate, caring and professional. He is calming and reassuring. The staff at the Ft Washington office are not so professional. They are dismissive and non compliant with the request of clients. I feel a presence of bias when I enter that office. I advised the receptionist that I was covered under a new insurance that would cover my procedure in full. I could see in her face that she was ignoring me. I repeated myself hoping it would make a difference. My procedure was still applied to my old insurance which is now causing me billing issues. To add insult to injury when I called the billing department I was met with rude resistance and informed that my new insurance didn't cover my procedure, which was not true. The claim was eventually sent, but incorrectly which caused my claim to be denied. I contacted the manager of the billing department and advised her of my issue and she corrected it, but unfortunately, I am still waiting for approval. The manager was professional and understanding. I witnessed and older woman of color enter the Ft Washington office for an appointment. She was advised that her appointment was in Warminster and to hurry because she was going to be late. The receptionist never offered to call ahead and advise Warminster that a Flagship client was on the way. I thought that was unprofessional.

First, let me start off by saying I have really really bad dental anxiety. My dental anxiety is to a point where I don't want to go to the Dentist. The flagship team made me think twice about having anxiety about the Dentist , Dr. G, Amanda, Lauren, and the rest of the staff was amazing. They made me feel at home they made my procedure painless, simple and to be honest. I'm looking forward to going back to the Dentist (Flagship). Super weird and strange to say but that was the best dental experience I've ever had. I would like to say thank you once more to the flagship family Dr. G for doing a amazing job Lauren and Amanda for making me feel comfortable and letting me know everything was going to be all right if you have any anxiety about the Dentist if you need a Dentist flagship is the place to go. THANK YOU FLAGSHIP FAMILY!!

By far the best in my book. I'm a chicken when it comes to any Doctors office. Let alone a surgical practice. After days of calling around and being in pain. I came across flagship called their Ft Washington office. The nice gentlemen answer the phone and I told him my story. He placed me on a brief hold. And got right back on the phone and said can you come in right now I said yep give me 10 minutes and I'll be there. Filled out my paperwork, waited in the waiting room for a short while. Then I was in the back and the procedure started in short time. Thank you so so much Dr. Kienle you rock.

Disorganized and non-courteous office staff. The surgeon did not provide details and the staff asked me to sign a disclosure statement that indicated the surgeon had reviewed many items. The disclosure statement was brought to me by a very nice assistant, and I asked the surgeon to come back in and review the list briefly. There's about 15 items on the list and yes it's just a disclosure form but it includes the side effects of medication and they sound gruesome. The thing is, not so much that this detail was overlooked, but when you are considering a surgeon you want a very detailed and organized person, not some bumbler and who forgets details. EDIT: I chose not to go through with the surgery with Flagship Oral as a result of my experience. That is why I do not show up in their patient records.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out at this Fort Washington office about 26 years ago and they did a fantastic job. If you ever need any oral surgery done or just need a consultation, this is the place to come to. Clean office, wonderful staff. I was just recently there again for a consultation for something else and Dr. Inverso did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me, was very patient & caring. Highly recommend Dr. Inveso and this Fort Washington practice!

I was not seen, they were over an hour late for my appointment with a full waiting room. The receptionist said this was normal for a Sugery Center. I had to return to work so I decided to cancel my appointment- I'll go with someone else.

This dental facility in Fort Washington will always be my go to for extractions or other procedures as required and deemed necessary. The staff here is genuinely thoughtful , accommodating, encouraging and sympathetic to your feelings ... the down side is I waited for an hour before being seen by the dentist, this was unacceptable for me as I'm terrified and anxious of having dental procedures (except for cleanings) however, The kindness , encouragement and special attention provided by the entire staff put all my fears in check which replaced my fear with trust .. love this facility

From the initial visit to post op services were impeccable. Staff is friendly very accommodating and professional. Dr Steinkeler is an excellent oral surgeon. He answered all my questions and was very attentive to me and my needs as I am very pain sensitive. I highly recommend this office. Excellent!!

I was sent to Fort Washington Flagship office by my primary dentist. I needed an emergency tooth extraction. This office was overly accommodating by getting me in the same day. Everyone in the office, from receptions to doctor, was very kind and caring. I will definitely use this office again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an oral surgeon.

I have now seen Dr. Steinkeler on 4 various visits. His staff is terrific and I am always made to feel comfortable. Love their professionalism and am grateful for their care. Best Oral Surgeon ever!!
