As the biggest coward in the universe of the dental chair, l spent almost 3 hours in that chair this week getting a crown. Never again will l fear going to the dentist.... at least this dentist. Dr Fizer and the techs l had were phenomenal....Natalie for cleaning and Bethany assisted Dr Fizer. Aware of my fears, they were very calming and reassuring....so professional, yet very personable. And constantly making sure l was okay, explaining what they were doing and what was next. Everyone l encountered was friendly and pleasant....while maintaining a professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr Fizer and his staff to anyone seeking professional and knowledgeable dental work.

Consult appointment. Dr. Fizer actually took time to sit (face to face- no computer or doing something else while chatting) and talk about what was going on and what brought me to his office. That, to me, was impressive. Made me feel welcome and that my dental issues would be resolved. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Great team.

I have been going here for a couple of years and have always had a great experience. They were able to get me in very quickly for my first appointment, which was for an urgent issue that my previous dentist was going to make me wait weeks to be seen for. Dr. Fizer's office was very helpful and took care of my issue right away. Ever since then, each visit has been fast but thorough, and all of the staff have been friendly and provided excellent care. I recommend them to everyone!

Ask for an appointment for pain in gums and was told they could not help me and I need to contact a dentist in Charleston. I only called them first bc their website clearly boost about their experience in dealing with periodontal therapy
