Dr. Andrew H. Tran graduated from the University of Texas Health Science School of Dentistry Houston and has completed many advanced training and certification programs in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, dental implants, 3D CBCT X-Rays Analysis, CEREC CAD/CAM technology, Invisalign, and straight wire orthodontic seminars. He loves all aspects of dentistry and enjoys taking care of patients and making their smiles beautiful.He designs, restores, and creates beautiful smiles with the highest dental cosmetic standards in accordance with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) smile design principles.
Prior to receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Tran has received a Bachelor of Science degree and also a Master of Science degree in the field of Computer Science, and worked in the computer industry for over 7 years. With his expertise,Dr. Tran makes sure that our office stays on top of the technological advances in dental healthcare so that we can always provide the best and most comfortable and time-savingtreatments to our patients.
Combining his passion for dentistry and computer software background, Dr. Tran developed the 'iTooth Junior' iPAD app that is packed with fun features and valuable education info teaching children about cavities and how to brush and floss. Accompanied with an illustrated graphic style, interactive games, and narrated animations, thisappis designed to be easy for children to use and understand, while also being very entertaining. To enhance your dental experience with5 Star Dentists, Dr. Tran has committed to giving everypatient(adult andchildren) a complimentarycopy of this app for your iPAD.
Dr. Tran 's passion for musicstarted when he was a young child.He loves to play the drums.He made music a part of the 5 Star Dentists office design and invites all patients to join him for a 'Happy Smiles Hour' to relax and enjoy live jazz music as well as playing live band music with him.
Dr. Tran is married to Dr. Minhly Nguyen more than 10 years and has five wonderful children. Dr. Trans family-oriented personality and his genuine, gentle approach will make your visit to our office a pleasant experience for the whole family.

Dentist recommended and gave an unnecessary procedure that resulted in ongoing complications, pain, cost of time. Rushed and unprofessional treatment from dental staff and front office. Problem still not resolved and had to change dental location because of loss of confidence in this office.

This is THE MOST professional dentist office that I have been to in a loooonnng time. They actually care about making you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them. Very pleased with their service and how they treat their patients.

I have been going here for years and Dr. Tran is amazing. I cannot remember EVER feeling so relaxed that I could fall asleep during a dental procedure. I also LOVE the kindess, professionalism, and consideration from the receptionist (I have had to cancel many times recently due to the hectic environment of a school teacher these days), she never once made me feel bad for doing so. Ironically, I was not aware of this feedback format. I just happen to be online to book a dental appointment for my son. It is my honor to be able to say what I never said to everyone in that office. Thank You!!

Dr Tran is a very nice dentist as well as they hygienist. How ever the lady who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. She needs some custom services skills. Re: I did not get the lady's name. I did speak with someone who answers the phone who put another lady on who I have talked to before. She is rude, doesn't let me get a word in. She said I told you before we will make you a bite guard but we don't deal with TMJ issues and toldd me to see an oral surgeon to fix my problem. I said I was in extreme pain. She said all the dentist could do is make me a bite guard, he would not give me any medication for my pain. Again she stated rudely go see an oral surgeon and get it fixed.

Dr Tran and everyone there is so nice and helpful. I have a phobia of the dentists but coming here wasn't so bad for me anymore. The office manager Brenda her is so helpful, I know I need alot of work done and she explained everything to me in steps and what I need to get done next. They don't make going to the dentists so dreadful anymore.

The dentist work are great. The front desk attendants are horrible. Never return calls when they say they will. Follow up on insurance and cost is non-existent. Scheduling is always screwed up. Need to get new front desk attendants. I have been going see Dr. Minhly Nguyen 10 years, but maybe it's time to switch. They always hire the work front desk people, regardless of location.

Dr. Tran is absolutely the best dentist ever. He is professional, patient, kind, and down to earth. He takes his times to explain every procedure and each patient's need. His staff is an awesome image of him. They are friendly, professional, and have great character. Brenda goes above and beyond to schedule, communicate, and provide understanding of what needs to be expected while in office for treatment.
