Been going here for years, had to rescheduled an appointment 48 hrs in advance and then missed due to a family emergency. So now they won't schedule me an appointment. I spent alot of money in this place and then to be treated so rudely is just appalling.

Very bad experience was told will receive dentures back the next week not true received it nearly 3 months later. Will not be returning.

Excellent staff. They were able to get my husband in for emergency appt even though we're new to the area. Staff is friendly and caring.

Don't get your Botox here!! First I'd like to say this is the first review I have ever written. I will say the staff is super friendly here, BUT.... I got Botox here a few weeks ago, 22 units in my forehead and I was so disappointed because it didn't work. AT ALL! I spent almost $300 and I still have full range of motion in my forehead, I can scrunch, scowl and make all the movements I could before I had the procedure. I've had Botox treatments about five times over the past several years, so I know that it is supposed to smooth lines and restrict movement, but there was no change whatsoever. So I called the office to let them know, (even though I hate to complain) but $300 is a lot of money for no result, right? I wanted to give them the chance to see it for themselves and make it right. They refused to do so. All they offered was for me to come back in and pay the same expensive price for more of what already didn't work. I wanted to use this place because it's local, but you're better off going somewhere else, like to Impressions Aesthetics in Olive Branch. They are way less expensive and you get lovely results. I'm all about shopping local, but I won't be going to a dentist for Botox ever again. Don't waste your money like I did.

I thank GOD for this dentist office. They actually make you feel wanted, special, important, over a human being. Everyone is so respectful (young at age) and they give you a sense of comfort. They educate you on their procedures that's about to be performed, they got me and my families business.

Would not recommend to any one. I got my dentures there. They put them in and never saw me again. No appointments to adjust the dentures. Never called me back when I tried to go in for adjustments, nothing. My sister went and they had her back for adjustments, they have called her to see if she's having any problems with her dentures and called for her to come in for gum checkup. Why do they treat patients so different. The way they done me I would never use them again. I can hardly wear my dentures cause they didn't care enough to make sure mine was right. Wish I could have gave a zero rating.

I got the most thorough teeth cleaning at Five Star Dental!! All of the staff know me by name; they give the nicest compliments. I just love going there. I was frightened of dentists for years but I feel very comfortable in their chair. They have my back; they take time to listen to my life stories. They do the most beautiful dental work and NO PAIN....My kind of place

5 star dental is top notch in customer service and patient care! The staff is on top of everything all the time and it is apparent that they care. Also to know they are a company that prays their start of each day is another reason to appreciate the entire team. Their care and compassion is greatly felt from the top down!

Dr. Romero is awesome!!! I won't ever go to another dentist again. She is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If you're unhappy with your current dentist, give her a try. I promise you won't regret it! You won't ever want to see another dentist again.
