Dr. David Vasquez was born and raised in Northwestern Kansas. Like many children in that part of the state, he worked the family farm. Trying to determine his direction he turned to the guidance of his family. I watched as both my mother and father received their college degrees and set our family on a different path. Seeing his parents achieve their goals inspired Dr. Dave to pursue his own.
Dr. Dave completed his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University. In 2010, Dr. Dave earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. He is continually working to develop and hone his skill set. Most importantly he continues to develop relationships with his patients. I feel that every patient deserves to be treated like family. They need to know the options that you would provide to the people that are closest to you, then go from there. It is this mindset that led Dr. Dave to create Five Point Family Dentistry.
Ariana and I have been blessed with four beautiful children: Sophia, Emilia, Gabriel & Dominic. Ariana and the kids are the points to the crown in my logo. They inspire me on so many levels and you will hear me speaking of their adventures on a daily basis. Like any proud husband and father, they are my greatest accomplishment.
Dr. Dave and his family are active in their community, church, and his professional affiliations. He is a member of the ADA, KDA, 5th District Dental Society, and the AGD. All of these experiences have enriched our lives and helped to shape the practitioner that I am today.
Music is a big part of my life. I cant choose just one genre. I have so many favorite artists and they include artists from all genres new and old. As long as it has a solid beat, the kind that you can feel as it plays, is my kind of music for that time.
Like many other people, Im YouTube-certified to work on my own projects. I love working with my hands. The textures and smells that are associated with machines are those of my youth. I guess those years of holding the flashlight paid off!
I like to hunt, fish, cycle, paint, draw, and other shooting sports. Having my hobbies keeps me active and provides so many connections and positive interactions with the people in my life. These are the things Im passionate about.

Five Point Dentistry has done a wonderful job these last two years I have been going to them. I wanted to take a moment and thank them publicly! They have a great staff, top of the line equipment, and yet are honest and practical in their approach to care for their clients.

I cant say enough good things about this office. From Dr. Vasquez , James and the rest of the staff are incredible. I have had an off and on love hate with dentists. Needless to say this office doesnt make you feel insecure about your teeth and do not try and recommend a bunch of unnecessary treatments.

After being in the industry for over 60 years, Currently retired, I can say after knowing doctor Vasquez for decades, There is absolutely no one better qualified.Not only the skill with his hands and technique, The ability to assemble A support staff equal To his quality of service. His modern office and state-of-the-art equipment is unparalleled.

I hate going to the dentist as most people do but then I realize that I'm going to go see Dr. Dave and then my anxiety goes down. Made another trip today for a crown and it was pain free! The staff is always so pleasant

First of all I would like to say this!!! They canceled out our dental plan we got from them no reason. They never call you a day befor your appointment. Closed on Monday no reason for that!! They screw you over their plans telling you its a better deal than going though a third party. PLEASE DO YOUR HOME WORK BEFOR CHOOSING THEM!!! I NEVER EVER MEET AN DENTAL OFFICE THAT IS ONLY OPEN TUE-THURSDAY!! ON TOP OF THAT CHARGING MISSED VISIT OF $35.00. I am very disappointed.

I have always had the best dentist visits & the staff are always helpful answering any questions.....The dentist does great follow ups to make sure you are okay & not in any discomfort or pain & if you are he gets you in asap to fix the problem & that's why I like going to Five Point Family Dentist

Dr. Dave and staff are the best of the best! Everyone is so friendly, and the office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Dave had to make a crown for one of my front teeth years ago, and no one can ever tell the difference- he's a true artist! I have been a patient for years, and my most recent visit was a positive experience as always. I would absolutely refer friends and family their way!

Switched from a different provider and after my first appointment I'm glad we did. Definitely a more hands on and detailed approach from the Dentist. Definitely recommend.

I called with a toothache with in 30 min they had me in to see the Doctor and I have anxiety of the dentist ... Ladies at the front desk very nice and respectful ... the Doctor was gentle and told me he could fix my issue I believe I found my dentist from now on highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a new patient to this office. Normally your in and out and you feel satisfied but I could really tell that the staff here had my dental hygiene in there best interest. I was there well over a normal visit and they went the extra mile and took the extra time to identify some issues and ensure i was on the best path forward. The staff and Doc Vazquez were very professional and i would highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking.

Dr. David Vasquez is phenomenal! Above and beyond care, incredibly friendly & helpful staff, military/Tricare-friendly. I loved that I was able to fill out all my new patient info from my phone and didn't have to re-do it on paper once I got there (like other practices). I had no wait time, everything was quick, easy, without any issues. Can't recommend Five Point Family Dentistry highly enough.

Dr. Dave and staff are compassionate, caring and qualified. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with dentistry. I have had a lot of mediocre, to horrific work completed: extractions, root canals, bridges endodontic surgery, on and on. Dr. Dave sat down with me; he went over step by step how to repair, save, and move forward all the while keeping my goals, insurance and time frames in mind. He is the best! All smiles! 3.11.2021 Had my 6 month cleaning today & FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, EVER, NO cavities, no complications, no follow ups, no "areas of concern"! The first time, in my whole life!!! It has been 2 + years with Five Points & Dr. Dave & his awesome team have fixed, repaired, replaced, and corrected my entire history with dentistry!! I have been pain free for the last six months, as well. I can never say enough about this team, and how great they truly are! They all helped me get a lifetime of dental disappointments & disasters corrected! Go on... Make your appointment. You will SMILE ear to ear with real results!!

Dr. Dave and his staff always make you feel right at home. I used to hate going to the dentist more than anything. Since the first time I went to FPFD, I realized I could never go to another dentist again. They always make sure you're comfortable & make everything you get done, so calm and smooth for you! Dr. Dave & his staff are the best dentist office, hands down

Excellent dentist, very skilled and knowledgeable. Able to get a broken tooth fit with a crown in one day with minimal discomfort. Does a great job with my kids too. Update: Continue to have great care, miles better than any dentist I have had in the past.
