After going to the nearby dentist that seemed to want to cash in on every imaginable service, which is a major red flag, I decided to try another dentist. Five Hills was exactly what I was looking for. Just an old school dentist taking the time to provide quality care that's actually needed. Highly recommend.

I had to get my teeth cleaned today because I had fallen behind on getting my teeth cleaned. I actually had a great experience. Thanks to Stephanie and Dr Moss. Both were gental and informative. I read the past reviews and I didn't encounter anyone rude I came in 15 min earlier to fill in paperwork. I am going to start recommending them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I can just say good things for all my visits. The staff is very friendly and Dr Moss was very understsnding and explained everything in detail. He took his time with all procedures i had to have done. Overall great experience for me.

I had a great experience at this dental office. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist informed me to come in 15 minutes earlier to my appointment to fill out some new patient paperwork, so maybe they changed their system and personnel after reading some disconcerting reviews of a slow in-processing and rude receptionist. The day I came in I met a friendly receptionist who kindly filled out paperwork I required for my job. I did not meet a rude receptionist. The dental technician also was quite nice and cleaned my teeth very well. The icing on the cake was Dr. Moss, who took time out of his busy day to answer my questions on the most appropriate toothpaste to use for sensitive teeth (Sensodyne y'all, not baking soda!). He was also quite informative and even explained to me the structure of the teeth. I only came in for a cleaning and checkup so I don't know how his dental work is, but I am sure he would be great at communicating and explaining the procedure. I don't normally review places, but I had to let this dental office have a good review for the great customer service I received. One of the best dental places I've been to.

I have been seeing Dr. Moss for many years. He is a very good dentist. As I have read in other reviews he does not scold you for not being perfect. I have read a lot of reviews that were not good and I have to say y'all are crazy. Dr. Moss explains exactly what he is needing to do, what he plans to do, and what he is doing, before, during and after what ever procedure you are having done. Furthermore, his hygienists are super sweet and friendly. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist and I fall into that category. I had to have periodontal cleaning done and yes it took a total of 5 visits to have all the work done. Was that inconvenient, YES, but guess what....it was my fault the work had to be done. Had I been taking care of my teeth like I should and gone to the regular 6 month check-ups as it was recommended I wouldn't have had these issues now. I like the fact that the paperwork needs filled out ahead of time, this gets all the questions answered before hand, I know what my co-pay will be and there won't be surprises. And did you ever think that maybe it takes a while to get in, because maybe they are just a great dentist with lots of regular patients? It's like when you are picking a good restaurant...if its a great place the parking lot is packed, if it's less than great nobody goes there. I would recommend Dr. Moss and Five Hills Dentistry to anyone and I have done so for years. Furthermore, those of you fussing because they do not open on Fridays, you are just jealous that you have to work and they don't. And guess what folks...as for being closed on holidays....this is still small town America and lots of businesses are closed on holidays. Thank you and don't let the bad apples sway you from seeing this dentist.

I am not going to follow through with making an appointment for my family of 6. The lady on the phone was rude, monotonous, and seemed half asleep at 230pm, telling me she would not even initiate an appointment for any of us until we came and filled out paperwork. I asked if she would send it via email -- she said no we don't do that, she said we do have a fax but we don't like doing that because you cannot read it when it is faxed back. I would rather go somewhere else where people actually seem to enjoy where they work.

I called for a dental appointment and got Lisa, the office manager. The website posting was correct; she really is AWFUL! Although I have a semi-emergency (crown fell out), she wanted me to come in to fill out paperwork. Then only after she processed it at some later time, could I make an appointment. I re-explained that this was a semi-emergency. So she said: 1. that they were on holiday schedule; 2. maybe I should find another dentist; and 3. that they didn't have any appointments until January anyway. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone with an office manager / receptionist like that.
